It’s aging, needs renovation, the food needs to be better

Was given wrong room and denied the one inbooked till i made a lot of complains!Did not allow friend from nearby hotel to even enter the property to have a 20 min convefsation!!!Loud disco music till midnight you just cant get rid of, lost sleep

Very loud music every day from 10am to midnight for rooms with sea view and busy road on the other side. Isolated and difficult to walk to any attractions. Lack of excusions offered if you have not booked the holidaythrougha travel agency, waterslides are for kids, swimming pools are quite small and used for activities

Very nice views over the sea. Serahat (patisserie) was very nice and friendly. Tina (massage) was lovely and caring too.

They were closing up for winter, having the tractors cleaning up the deck the whole time we were there- something that should be done once there are no more guests. The stuff is not friendly and not understanding either: they tried to enter the room, while we asked them not to enter and come latter, as we were having a very private moment, that could be heard from the other side of the door too, they kept knocking telling us they are entering. They finally listened to us only to come back 5 minutes latter, trying to enter the room again. Unacceptable. So inconsiderate! On the stuff again- if you enter the sauna as a female, alone, you might have an unpleasant experience as well, due to the pushiness of the staff members trying to sell you packages. I wasn’t relaxed. It was the opposite of relax.

Great location, great food! The staff was super cooperative and helped to solve all requests!

The spa are should get some glow up, especially the pool.

Great location with good access to the mountains. The hotel is right at the beach. Definitely take the sea view side, the other side looks into a garden with a highway behind it.

Extremely loud music is played every night on the central pier until midnight! I think it should be limited by 10pm. ... Russian tourists were all over the place (but they behaved decently).

Very poor

It is a 3 star hotel with tiny rooms and very poor service, but for the 5 star price.Staff isn’t helpful and even rude, and speaks Russian even if you don’t know the language.Rooms are dirty, and my parents room wasn’t even cleaned daily.

The hotel is not even close to 5 star hotel. It is quite small, from one side to the other you make in 5 minutes slowly walking. Their is basically no place to go for a walk. If you want to rest, sleep - that is nit please for you. Activities during the day very loud, and every night their is a big party till midnight. So forget about normal sleeping here.Everything is quite old. If you don’t speak Russian, it can be difficult to communicate with the staff. I wanted to use gym for my yoga training and the lady in the gym didn’t allow me even to come in in socks and slippers, she wasn’t listening at all, just kicking me out. Too many people for such a small hotel. Everywhere you go, you see people, no please to get comfortable, feel in peace and rest.The beach looks like sand, but it is not. It is sand mixed with stones, and to enter the sea you need to manage about 2 metres of stones. The sea is good, but it very deep within 2-3 meters from the shore, so not the best place for children, but for adults with good swimming skills it is great.

Almost everything is magnificent!

Awful cocktails on the bar. Margarita with two types of syrups? Remove syrups at all, make them perfect!!During oktoberfest, they gave out crawfish. I wanted to try just a little bit. I arrived half an hour after it started. But they were already out of crawfish! Although there were a million plates on the tables of every customer. It was very sad at the moment, so I left not happy. I wanted to go to the sauna/hammam in the evening, it was 40 minutes before closing. It was already cold in the hamam, only the sauna was working. I also asked for a towel - staff said that they were out of towels. Again I was deprived of something, what is wrong with me? Why do you make me cry:)I would say that iy

I didn’t like that it was targeted to one particular clientel -(Russians)Majority if not any of the staff chose not to or could not speak basic EnglishOur bedroom was not of a 5 star quality at all

I have been informed at the reception that Turkish bath and saunas are free of charge. One day I was lying on the central massage platform in a Turkish bath and I have been kicked out of the platform by the massage therapist. When I approached the person who looked a spa manager, he informed that this is a Private Establishment and guests were allowed to use it however whenever a guest arrives for paid scrubbing, any other person needs to empty the place. This information is nowhere written and has not been communicated with us at any time. Additionally, there was addition to the main area which might easily be closed for a private session and closed from public at any time easilyThis attitude in a 5 star hotel is UNACCEPTABLE. The other one is not the hotels issue but they may think a solution on how all the sun beds are occupied with a towel where only 25% people are around the beach area. People would come in the morning put their towel and disappear, you cannot find out for how long. They make take a nap, have breakfast and show up after hours where you would not be able to find a sun bed near the beach area

Great value for money! Fantastic sea views from our room. Loved the parties each night on the pier. The night time show was exceptional. The service was top notch! The attention to detail & personal care staff took of us blew us away. The huge variety of food was amazing & there was never a shortage of drink or food. Everyone was so friendly, helpful & the hospitality received was great.

Great beach line and very comfortable hotel. Good food and drinks. Interesting and different evening programs.

Inclusivity, and the location was convenient for tours throughout Türkiye. I was happy there was water and pomegranate (nar) juice available in coolers for easy access. This was extremely useful to make sure we were hydrated. The buffet was excellent!! All meals were delicious and there were plenty of options.

I booked a Seaview with early check in but my view was a building a d no early checkin available. Unfortunately the beach was not as clean as I would have liked, there was trash floating in the water, which was disappointing.
