- The second staff person I spoke to was able willing to move me to a more appropriate and safe room within the hotel after I explained my reasons.
Cons -
- The room that was booked for me was in the basement of the lobby which was very gloomy and dingy with no one else around.Not appropriate accommodations for a single older woman.The first staff whisked me in and left before I could say anything.
