- The hotel was stunning. A beautiful hidden gem tucked away in a narrow street in the old city of Palma. Every member of the team were so friendly and helpful. The room had everything we could wish for.

- for a 4 star hotel many things should have been improved. I stayed in 4 star hotels in other countries and cities before and their standards were much higher
