It was clean, secure, it is located near a store and a restaurant. It is a short distance from train and a mall. Also there is a bus stops in front of hotel/apt. You can also prepare a meal in the room, you might need one cooking pan but there are dishes.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

I think towels, washcloths and linen offered to rooms on each floor if possible.

I really liked the price-value ratio of this place. Not too expensive, but I got really comfortable room that was really well connected with the city centre. Clean room with kitchen which I really like to have while on vacation. The bed was really comfortable

Tbh I don't have many concerns here. One thing that I can only think about is it'd be nice if it'd be easier to get into the property. We had to wait not-so-short moment before someone showed up on reception.

The apartment was well furnished and it was easy to find everything we needed. The room was quiet and the hotel was conveniently located close to a bus stop and the subways.

The arm chairs were a bit dirty and had many stains.

Everything was clean, the bed comfy, WiFi speed was also great

We booked a Large Studio, but it did not match the photos at all. It was dark, with plain empty walls, stained carpets, no armchair, and no parquet floor. Worst of all, it had only these tiny clerestory windows at the top of the wall. I call it false advertising. I took a picture of the room, so you can compare what it was advertised as VS what it actually looked like.On top of that, all window handles were removed! To let some fresh air into the room, one has to go to the reception and ask for a handle, go back to the room, use the handle to open the window, and then return the handle to the reception because (I'm not making this up) there's only one handle for the whole building! Seriously?Very disappointed.

everything is good, but the floor we live with. We are on the ground floor and the privacy is terrible due to the windows face with a parking field

I was very happy with the room layout, including a separate bed for the kids. The cleanliness and other facilities were great. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was really nice. The room is perfect for families with small kids.

Everything was going well for me. Maybe they can extend their reception time period.

The room was huge with a comfy bed.

Unfortunately I slept really bad, but that was probably a quite unique situation because I visited Sweden during a heatwave. The room was just too hot.

The room was decent, clean and spacious. Everything needed for a short stay was in the room.

I thought I had a booking with breakfast, but apparently not. Fortunately there was a kitchen in the room and a shop nearby. It was very hot in the room as the window was on the sunny side and no air conditioning.

Kitchen included. Clean and big room and close to public transport.

Apparently, the place has some additional policies that the guest is presented with upon check-in, which I find rude and a violation of the guest's privacy. And they argue. FYI - "You are not allowed to have guests in your room after 22:00" Am I on a school trip, or are we all adults? On their behalf, I must say that when I asked to leave the next day, they refunded the whole stay.

Very basic. Upholstery on the seats need cleaning as had some very suspicious stains that prevented me from using the facilities provided.

Access to the building was awkward due to road closure related to construction

Clean, well supported apartment .. on the bus route with grocery and restaurants nearby .. safe parking and laundry facilities.

Staff behavior was unprofessional, and even when requesting an early check-in, as I'm traveling with a baby of 5 months, they responded too late, and I had to wait for 4-5 hours at the port only. They replied too late after my query and even then asked for more money, even though I was checking around 2 pm when check-in time was 3 pm.No courtesy totally wasted my whole day. Although if you were to check in late, then the property was good with above-average cleanliness of utensils and bedding.

Some of the areas on the apartment had mud, its not easy to clean them I get it but still.. also I would recommend an extra towel for hair and maybe some slippers. that was he only two things for me. Overall everything was amazing. Especially the stuff. Very polite and helped me on anything that I needed.
