Floors and carpets dirty and hotel rooms are very dated .. the reception as you come in is beautiful and staff on reception are great

Our kid loved the waterpark. We loved the little ice cream sticks at the end of the meal.amazing location right in front of a peaceful family beach.

The room was dirty, very humid, due to the A/C that was releasing humidity while it worked. Our sheets felt wet before sleep, both nights. The food is not nice, very low quality, one night we couldn't find something decent to eat, my husband and kid only ate fries from the kids section, and we are not even into fries. The all inclusive part is a joke, when coffee is not included in the 'free' list. It's also a joke when the food is not good. At the breakfast one day, the little croissants were definitely from the previous day. The waterpark is aged, needs serious refurbishment, dirty, filthy floor. Lifeguards are not vigilant at all, they are teens constantly on their phones taking selfies. Cleaning ladies in the corridors smoking, even in the hotel! We asked for a lady that was cleaning out room for pillow cases because there were no pillow cases after our room was cleaned and she insisted that we would get some next day because they are out of clean ones! In the room there was a constant smell, the same awful smell, so much that we were so happy to go on the last day. Only our little one enjoyed the waterpark for kids so much. I am so sorry but i will stay away, not recommended at all.

The food was very good, No complaints, could not fault in any way.

Cleanliness around the pool and throughout the hotel not very good. Dirty empty glasses left laying around by the pool side. Dirty glass left in stairwell for 4 days. No staff leaning them away throughout the day. Room not cleaned daily, nor restocked. Terrible beds.

After reading the reviews, we were afraid it would be worse. Hotel is very nice inside. Beds are very comfortable. Food is Ok. Fresh fruits, vegetables, different kind of meat, etc…Bad comments are probably written by those who want a luxury hotel, but for the same money. Yes, the carpets in the passage area are often covered in the sand. But who's to blame for that? Maybe people need to be a little cleaner and wash their feet from the sand from the beach? Again, it's not 5*. There are a lot of kids in the hotel. Don’t be afraid to. You can find different kind of beach nearby, with sand or stones(beaches are municipal)

Maids are really lazy. They don't clean well even in the room. One bucket of water for many rooms . Let the administration pay attention to clean carpets between floors at list once per day. Our cleaning lady washed the washbasin in the bathroom once in 5 days and never gave shower gel, shampoo, new coffee, tea. We approached another lady ourselves and took the necessary things. But again, it didn't spoil our vacation in any way.

It is close to the center.

Got a room with a broken closet door, bathroom was decent but venue nearby blasting music kept us awake till two thirty in the morning! Noise cancellation non-existent, we checked out after the first night. Hotel is old with a bad smell inside the room. We had to buy a room freshener to get us through the night.

Meals are nice, but for hotel with four stars, must be more dishes on the board.

Hotel isn't clean well. It should be more cleaner.

The food was terrible and the chef walks around like it’s Michelin star- should focus on hot and decent food rather than cold cauliflower socked in red wine! Eat out every night! The hotel is not clean by all standards, very dirty and when they clean room it’s a mop with hair still on floor and the bed sheets don’t fit, so it’s like your sleeping on a dirty mattress! Clampet hotel for sure so not worth what they charge, booking.com show it as excellent and high quality- it is not.

Large bedrooms en suite with a balcony. Food was fabulous. The choice, replenishment and overall cleanliness was fantastic. Restaurant staff were amazing.

Bar staff were a bit grumpy in the pool area. Rooms slightly tired but that wouldn’t make me not book again

Waterpark

They don't have beds for kids but camp beds (like 1980's). My son slept in his friend's room to sleep in bed with him because he was taller from camp bed.

Clean, great food and staff . Before booking this place I was a little bit worried as many reviewers left a lot of negative reviews however went with my guts...oh man I was so right. This place is a real gem,clean,neat,the staff could not do enough making sure everyone is enjoying a proper holiday and on top of this THE FOOD ... oh it was a delighthfull experience really close to fine dining and realized that all that negative reviews were actually people with no culinary knowledge and not well intended.A special thanks to Yiangos ,Ivo ,Emil , the blonde girl from reception and the girl from aquapark were very nice, professional and made our stay a memorable one.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the hotel with our child and were very satisfied with everything. The aqua park and pools were fun, and the food was nice. Our room was comfortable and tidy, and the hotel’s location was perfect. It was a great family getaway—we’d definitely love to come back!

The only thing we didn’t like was the sudden temperature changes in the shower water—it would get very hot or cold unexpectedly.

The hotel is about a 20 min walk along the beach (which was beautiful) and is situated in a nice area. The family brand Tsokkos have in the past had really good hotel, this one not so. The biggest issue is that it is advertised as a 4 star hotel. This is no where near a 4 star hotel. If they had advertised it as 2 star then that would be fair. We were expecting alot more but made do with what was there and available.

Low standards, food not the best (it was ok'ish) but we ended up eating out most nights even though we were fully inclusive.

Nothing. Worst place I've ever been to. Old, stinks, with mold all pover the walls and disgusting food.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The place stunk from mold and oldness.. The gym was closed because all the equipment was broken! The food was disgusting, and the staff was very unfriendly. We went to the management telling them there was mold in the room and that the faucet was broken and they basically told us to leav and that they didn;t have any solution for us... The description in Booking doesn't do well with reality. The reality is worst. At some point an ambulance came since one of the bumped into a tackle in the hotel and fell.. The food was so bad, you could see your food poisinning on the way, and I'm not exaggerating. This place should be shut down and go through a major rennovation. Do yourself a favor and no matter how cheap it is, do go there. You'll get dissapointed.

hygiene again, last year I gave a higher rating, but this year it was disappointing to me, the food was the same for 3 days for lunch and dinner, they only reheated the DISASTER and of course the drinks, juices, coffee are totally FALSE and I write again like last year, the manager is to blame for everything like this location and the appearance of the hotel does not deserve such unprofessional management

Unfortunately absolutely nothing.

It's very bad. Ignore this hotel at all costs and in fact all hotels that are part of the Tsokkos group. They really don't care about anything, not even the absolute basics are met. It would be hard to detail everything as it's just really an awful experience. To start with our 2 year old got a food poisoning from the dinner, everything was disgusting( eg booiled chickenwings if u fancy), service non existent. We wouldn’t have minded so much that the whole place is old and rundown but everything is just dirty, stained eg dirty bed sheets, towels, room, carpet probably one of the bedsheets were not changed (was grey, dirty and hair on it). The bars especially the ones by the pool stink and even the coke was undrinkable. Lifeguards on their phones and one appeared drunk by the afternoon, kids pool slides broken, water ice cold, no maintenance of anything at all. Absolut utter disgrace the whole place, check Google reviews they may give you a better picture. Don't bother to request anything via booking.com as they don't read anything because guess what they don't want to accommodate you, they absolutely don't care. Shout out to the lovely housekeeper lady who helped and opened our door three times as don't expect the keys/cards to work, obviously. Also, pina colada was good, bit strong but well needed to survive this place. Please avoid at all cost, I warned you. And if u have to just please don't eat the food and bring bedsheets and towels.

Water park was good for children. And the hotel is in a nice location.

Nowhere near 4star hotel more like a 2. Rooms and hotel feels old and untidy. Staff were unhelpful and miserable.

I liked nothing at all about this hotel apart from a friendly older man on reception who spoke good English and checked me in late in the evening. The manager was nice.They agreed to a refund for 4 nights.

I didn’t get the side sea room I’d paid for. Food was average and most staff were extremely rude. Never saw the women smile, apart from the manager. The first room was grotty, old and what should have been a side sea view was an inland view of a grotty take away.

It’s location

The water park wasn’t working full. The staff said it is end season and they lack life guards so some slides were not working , some were on “shifts”. To get pool towels was a “mission impossible “. Very hard to find the guy on spot. At the bar most ice creams are missing. Traveling with kids is a big drawback . The rooms were not clean!!! Never got clean towels, not washing the cups, not refreshing soap and shampoo, half empty containers were left in the showers, no new coffee , no drinking water in bottles, the baby bed never arranged, no linen for the baby. Extra charge for safe box in the room (unheard of!!!). Water in the room is fluctuating from boiling hot to freezing cold. Hotels have systems to control that!. Food - almost no fresh fruit and vegetables, have to wait for waiter for glass of water during dinner, while they close an automatic water tap. Very small variety of food.
