Pernera Beach Hotel

Location and food quality.

The swim up area was not cleaned throughout the stay, the child pool was very dirty and the drink quality was very poor. Led to us going out 6 of the 7 nights as the beer was just not drinkable. Also the 8am reservation of a sun bed was just childish.

We paid for a 4 star and got a barely 1 star hotel. Very rude staff, poor conditions, not clean at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was great from our room but we did pay for a sea view room.

The beds, and pillows were very uncomfortable. Staff did provide a mattress topper and a better pillow but as they were made of foam, they were really hot. Staff don’t put the pillows on the sun beds, you have to do this yourself everyday. You can’t order food or drinks to your sun beds as the app doesn’t work. The door to our room had blood or tomato sauce on the front. The temperature of the water in the showers was hit and miss. There was no hot water on cold days. For the price I would have expected better customer service and facilities. The drinks were also very basic, for example, they didn’t actually use juice. Very mid. We found ourselves going to better hotels for a more relaxing experience. Very benidorm vibes.

Run down, dirty, unkept, overcrowded- terrible food, overpriced for what it is which is a second rate run down butlins abroad. If you’re into that however I’m sure it’s fine .

The room was filthy especially under the beds and smelt like an old man had died there recently. The shower was garbage & would often run out of hot water/ when there was hot water the pressure was prison shower terrible.

Everything was excellent, very helpful and friendly stuff, good location , very delicious and various food

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, help yourself.Location was ideal for our visit to Cyprus Rocks 2024 festival.

Good service from the reception staff who responded to the problem that existed In the beginning, he was attentive to every request, a really pleasant and beautiful place with good restaurants (a la carte).We took a separate room with a pool which was really excellent.

All the facilities were neatly laid out throughout the resort always clean and tidy.

The shower we had in our daughters room was not easy to operate

The private pool-jacuzzi was amazing. The all-inclusive package had many options for drinks, cocktails, etc. The restaurant had a sea view and the options for lunch and dinner were very good. The service "order from sunbed" was very cool. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Location is not very convenient if you dont have a car. It's far from the bars, nightlife and the best beaches of Protaras. The cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Although we weren't all inc, breakfast was excellent...buffet style.

Not a lot really, overall it was excellent value for money.

The staff is the hotel’s biggest asset. Nice renovated spacious rooms. Amazing view. Located right on the promenade leading to Protaras.Ala carte restaurants. Functioning air conditioning. Dedicated adults only pool. No mosquitos, lots of flies though.

No direct beach access, beach next to the hotel is too closed off and crowded. Sea access in front of hotel is not nice at all.Although tidy, the hotel could use a deep cleanse. If you look closely the rooms are not as clean as you would like. Especially in the bar area, chairs were never even wiped through the day, sitting on them at night felt downright nasty. Food in buffet was not good at all. All meats tasted like dish rag and had weird texture, pasta was always over done and sauces watery. I have no clue how you can mess up all kinds of potato so bad, but they did. All desserts were way too sweet, not just the greek/turkish ones that are soaked in syrup by design. Most items on salad buffet were already seasoned and not very well. Everything was just dumped straight from can. Breakfasts and fruit were pretty good. There is no place to sit at night, have a drink and enjoy conversation. The “entertainment” was way too loud and no other place to sit.

Alcohol selection wasn’t the best for an all inclusive - Prosecco not on all inclusive and some terrible tasting local spirits

The staff were absolutely amazing with our 1 year old daughter and were very accommodating to our needs! Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay and informative. The pancake lady, Georgina was absolutely lovely, including George who gave us a banana for our fussy daughter every morning from the kitchen ?, Theo from the Asian restaurant who requested the chef do a small spag bowl for our daughter - everyone was generally amazing! The guy who did the mini discos energy was incredible which our daughter loved too! Everyone on reception were super friendly and helpful

The high chairs that had the tables that could unattach did not fit onto the table securely and could slide forwards and backwards just to bear in mind that little ones can catch their fingers which our daughter did twice and definitely let us know about it with a shrill scream! We realised the high chair with the fixed table suited her better and meant she couldn’t accidentally hurt herself so we just used that one instead ? didn’t like that everyone put there towels down super early and even though half were definitely empty at points in the day there were no sunbeds at times!! Same as every hotel I guess!

Lovely, clean, friendly staff always helpful, pools were kept clean and a good size with separate family and adult only areas. Good selection of food differing every night good choice for children, good local drink produce.

Room had a fantastic view, modern and extremely clean. Location of property is right by the sea.Friendly hardworking staff, great food and drinks choice.Entertainment varied and good fun!

Great location, spotlessly clean. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to accommodate requests. Comfy beds

People reserving sun beds at the crack of dawn, not hotels fault though.

Great attitude of all staff all were polite and friendly. Waiters work extremely hard always smiling

As a celiac no snacks available in the afternoon.( this is me being picky)

The entertainment late and into the early hours kept many guests awake and it was impossible to shut out the noise of bingo etc.
