Bathroom a little old

The staff is great and welcoming. The food is good for all inclusive.

A bit far from the beach / boardwalk. The facilities are an old and outdated.

It’s very hard to walk around with small kids. The room was far from the pool and we couldn’t use a stroller because of the steps and the stones.The food is not good.It’s far from the center.

Excellent staff , any problem the staff have 24/7 patient. A bit of a problem with towels due to the massive amount of people. I'd bring extra if I had over 2+ children Absolutely beautiful resort , Almost NO COMPLAINTS

Exceptional service! Since the hotel could not provide us twin beds that we have requested, we got an upgrade to a bigger 2 room apt free of charge! The people go the extra mile to make you enjoy the vacation. Food is on a five star level, 8 day stay, and we discovered new local delicacies daily until the very last day of our stay. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach of your choice in Protaras. The driver is very friendly and is always there to assist in exploring the surroundings. The rest of the staff also earned our respect and gratitude.Will visit again 100%!

Our children couldn’t get enough of it and kept wanting to go back for more.In addition to the waterpark, the hotel offered a range of activities tailored for kids. From arts and crafts sessions to evening entertainment and play areas, there was always something fun to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful, trying do the best to make your wishes come true.

The hotel is located on mountain, it’s mean the you need to go up and down a lot of stairs all day. Need to ask cleaning the room otherwise they won’t clean.

Clean, modern, quality fixtures and fittings. Very impressive.

Nothing really - pool games a bit unnecessary- minimal participants and maximum noise! Walk to town a bit longer than I would wish for; however the overall accommodation more than outweighs that.

- Entertainment is V. Good, 100% on this one- Our 1 bed apartment was cozy, air-conditioning worked very well - 3 water slides kept the kids engaged - 5mins walk to St Elias church, 350 steps up, nice cardio daily.

- Parking car is always on the side roads as hotel hardly have parking bays for the guest & -Beach is a 20mins walk away - Gym can be a little better with more weights

the staff was exceptionally kind and hostpitable. the breakfast was great. the hotel is old and it shows in maintanance but we had a great stay nevertheless.

Excellent Hotel, The food was fantastic and very plentiful, the service was unparalleled, the staff was incredible, always smiling and infinitely friendly, was totally clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

Poor wifi, The room is very dark, the light is very low intensity.

We had 6 children from 13 yrs - 3 yrs and we were happy to see the little fun water park beside the big slides

Only the hills but to be expected Just that hubby had mobility problems

Amazing super helpful staff. Really good food and drink selection. We also loved the water park.

Room was a bit dark and wi-fi didn’t work properly on site premise. TV didn’t have any English speaking children channels.

Everything was great , the food was great. The people was very nice.

Wi-Fi was a little bit slow

The slides in the pool, the fact that it’s all inclusive and you have everything in place, including disco activity for kids every night. The kids enjoyed our 2 days vacation in the hotel very much. The views are beautiful.

The variety of the food was large, the food was Ok. Our sink and bathtub were clogged. The good thing was that when we told the staff about it someone came and fixed it immediately.The beds were not very comfortable and in one of the rooms they forgot to put blankets.

We stayed for 7 nights a finally of 4 with baby. Service is amazing. Hani, Ahmed, Jaber and the all guys and girls. What an amazing service. Food is satisfying, and variety is very good. The nightly concepts are great. We will be back!

Wi-Fi can be improved in some places, but I had also data plan so it was ok. And chance to disconnect a bit ;)
