Pros +
- The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area. Mornings began with a rich and varied breakfast spread that catered to different tastes, while lunch offered a decent selection of dishes—satisfying though not particularly memorable. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was well-appointed, offering a cozy and restful atmosphere. One of the highlights was the lovely view, which added a serene touch to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant and relaxed stay. As for pricing, it felt fair for the quality and amenities provided.
- Location and the staff trying to fix our problems...
- Superb lication, very good meals
Cons -
- While the hotel has potential, it’s clear that a general renovation is overdue—both the infrastructure and the furniture show noticeable signs of wear and age. The "all-inclusive" package felt limited, excluding several expected items like specialty coffees and a range of drinks, which detracted from the overall value. Housekeeping standards also left room for improvement, with cleanliness not quite meeting expectations. With some updates and better attention to detail, the experience could be significantly elevated.
- That we got a very crappy room as a start, without the promised set-up. We got a better room from day 2, but that was still bot cleaned properly. The cleaning was below standard with dirty floors and missing towels. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff wanted to do good but was unable to due to lack of training. The food had ambition but lacked in delivery, being a bit bland and too touristy. The worst was probably the your cleaning lady bursting in to our room hours before checkout demanding us to leave early... I blame management and not the girl for this intrusive behavior.
- beach towels were not timely replaced

Superb lication, very good meals
beach towels were not timely replaced
The location was excellent — the hotel is situated close to the beach and offers its own clean sunbeds, which was a big plus. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was good.
The photos on the listing appear to be heavily edited — the actual place is not as bright, clean, or fresh as shown. The hotel is quite old, and this was especially noticeable in the bathrooms. The bedsheets were not clean, and the towels were worn out — the white towels, for example, had turned grey.
Seaview rooms, great location, good breakfasts & dinners, friendly staff
Hotel needs to be renovated
For too many reasons 1st when we check in the room wasnt clean, the bath tub and sink is flooded with water , they have cattle but i need to buy the water , there’s no tissue box and there’s no room service even tv was not working
The location was superb the stuff was kind and polite and very helpful including the very polite and humble manager of the hotel.the food was very good and in general the people and the nice atmoshere was amazing
Small observation..they should have a place to hang your beach towel and bathing suits
Breakfast was pretty good. Many different choices, and actually tasty. Also lunch and dinner had many options which it was good.
the Bathrooms were a bit rusty and definitely needs renovation, while the rest of the room was actually nice and tidy.
Location, food and rooms.
Room service, pool infrastructure need renovation, lift and wi-fi
The location is absolutely perfect, direct on the beach, with beautiful waters right at your feet. It is also 1 minute away from the main street. The staff at the pool bar is very friendly and funny. Those guys and girls are really cool. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous.
The most uncomfortable beds we ever slept in. We requested a big bed in advance and we got 2 single beds put togheter, which were at different heights and each had 2 mattresses of different sizes on top of each other. Moreover the beds are on small wheels and they glide on the floor with every movement.Everything about the check in and room cleaning was bad. Our room wasn't ready to check in untill 3:30, we didn't have any towels and when I requested some they said they don't have any clean ones. We got them eventualy the second day. Moreover, two times were our towels taken away and weren't replaced for 2 days. Everytime I had to request a replacement at the reception. The breakfast was average.
Breakfast was good. Nice view.
Most people at the front counter were nice. 2 were rude and short with answers. Room smelled. Bathroom old and dirty. Hallway door does not stop any noise could not sleep all night or morning, due to hearing all the loud neighbors and doors.
Its position just infront of the beach is so convinient! We meet the manager and was very helpful in anything we needed! Value for money
The policy of towels should be more flexible. I can understand that there is a current policy which gived towels to customers at the morning up to 13:00pm.What about customers that their check in is after 14:00pm? The hotel should have aside towel to be given to such customers as they will want to be oaet of the hotel’s activities. And the reception lady (not the Cypriot one) should be more ready to help insted of just anouncing the policy!
Food was good, on the beach. Excellent location in town. Staff was good
Nothing much besides location and staff's big effort to provide decent service, as most of their time were trying to handle clients complaints. Free late check-out was offered.
First of all they do not verify their clients upon check-in which is against the law. They just ask your name and they give you the keys, no ID or to sign any papers is required. General: Old hotel that needs full renovation, electric appliances, decoration and facilities stuck in 80s. Only 2 slow elevators for hundreds of guests. Dirty common areas with bad smell all over the hotel.Rooms: Small room, uncomfortable beds with two small pillows, chewing gums sticked on the bed, no soundproof at all.No pool towels could be provided the first day and no lifeguard on duty . Stayed for 2 nights was more than enough. Definitely photos do not represent the real picture.
breakfast and location
i request for one double bed and i do not get one
Location of the hotel and access to beach and staff that is super nice and helpful.
The hotel lifts, out of two lifts only one was working! You have to use stairs with your bags after checking in/out, or you can wait for a long time for the lift to come. Same goes if you wanna go to the restaurant, beach or the pool that is located on -2 level.WiFi isn’t for free and you have to pay if you wanna use it and not more than 2 devices.
The location is good
Unfriendly staff and very poor room housekeeping. Aircon is almost non existent
Great location
Very noisy bars opposite- karaoke till 2am
Good Location, Decent Value for Money but Room for ImprovementWe stayed at Silver Sands for 3 nights and, while the overall experience had its perks, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, with an amazing beach, well-maintained and clean. The price point seemed fair given the location, but unfortunately, the quality of service did not always match up.
Our room was nicely renovated and had a modern feel, but there were some issues with cleanliness. We found bloodstains on the curtains and bedsheets, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, fresh towels were not provided daily, and we often ended up with fewer towels than needed. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, the receptionist on our last day was uncharacteristically rude, which left us with a poor final impression. The food was hit or miss: breakfast was okay, though nothing special, but dinner was actually quite enjoyable, exceeding expecations with a good variety of options. One surprise was the bill for drinks at dinner, including basic items like water by the glass. There was no prior notice that these would be charged, so receiving an additional bill at checkout was frustrating.
Close to the beach. Beds comfortable. Friendly staff
Rooms very basic. Very noisy due to music outside Only 2 plug sockets. No fitted sheets so kept falling off. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Food was terrible. Little choice and mostly cold
