    Pros +

    • Hotel is on very nice beach, quiet , relaxing. What we like the most is the people who are so king and professional. Mrs.Lukija and her team are fabulous. Waiters also. The varieties of food for the dinner is great. Each day is different national cuisine on the menu.
    • The Marlita is part of the Anastasia Beach Hotel we eat and drink at Anastasia 4* it was very good. The beach is very close. Beach was not fully never at September
    • Birthday presents

    Cons -

    • Really nothing we could think of.
    • There is no kids club. Only there is a playground outside but all the toys were broken and dirty. The room kitchen is not equiped.
    • Everything else ? Marlita doesn’t even exist anymore, it has been taken over and is being operated by the Anastasia Beach Hotel

The food was ok as well as the location.

The room description said that it had 4 single beds. It did not. It had 2.The room description said that it had a sea view. It did not.The pictures in the room description did not really match what we were given. The room smelled of cigarettes.

    The location was perfect.

1)MOST IMPORTANT - the flat was FULL of humidity. Our clothes were wet 24hr. The bed sheets were wet and you could smell how dirty they were and imagine how much fungus there was in the pillows. We had headaches every day.We were cold at night because of humidity.2) The towels had a weird smell possibly because of humidity.3) They told us that our Block was "E" but there was no indication on the building and we wete looking for it for 30 mins4) The windows were not sound proof and the first two evenings we couldnt sleep because of live concerts which finished at 2am5) the photos are not like the room.

Location all the staff, manager by the Sea site. Very industrious staff up keeping the site.

Small signs of deterioration of some of the furnishings and fittings. This point is only noticeable due to my past working post. Fine Hotel it’s the guests that do the wear and tear of properties.

Staff was not friendly, not problem solving and not welcoming. They were are friendly only on check out.Super long check in, more than 2 hours, they told that can not find our booking and asked to send it to their email, but they was not able to share with us WiFi password :) and we have no rouming connection there as there are was not internet covering. So we were are waking around hotel to find internet network. I showed them our booking from my phone but that is not working. So that was hard and not funny ?‍♀️

The hotel was really good. The food could be a bit improved but breakfast was great.

I booked this for my parents and a couple of their friends. I booked half board and while they were at dinner the hotel manager came and told them in front of the whole restaurant that they are not allowed to eat cause they did not pay for it! Half board was included in their room price. They all felt very embarassed about the handling of the situation. The owner even told them it is ok because i like you it will be on me! The audacity…Then the receptionist came and showed them the booking confirmation saying they paid for half board. By that time there apetite was gone anyway. The manager and owner’s answer was ah ok i am sorry. This is nothing pretend it did not happen. They were considering going back next month before all these happened, but now I don’t think they will.
