Hotel was really clean, staff very friendly and helpful, direct access to the beach

Noise from nearby bars to loud till early hours

Very good breakfast-a special mention and thankyou to Isaac the waiter and Nikki the housekeeper!

We only had dinner once-not very inpressive overall. and poor selection of sweets for pudding.

Comfortable bed in an amazing location.

Lack of management or order, they were late for my check in time. 90% of the staff were rude and didnt appear to want to work. The food was cheaply made and did not justify the cost I spent on 1 night all inclusive. I was not offered a drink with my evening meal as the waiter staff were all stood around talking instead. They did not serve lunch which i payed for (all inclusive) I ended up going out and buying drinks to avoid the very poor 1-2 star all inclusive service that I payed a 4 star price for. reception toilet was covered in faeces when I was waiting to be checked into my room late.List of problems:Room* When we first checked in, we got into the room and got changed, as we were changing one of the cleaners opened the door to walk in as we were undressed.* TV plug is an EU two pin plug pushed into a three pin socket, that cant be safe.* Room shower drain was blocked.* Smell of cigarettes blowing through our air conditioning vent first thing in the morning.* Room refrigerator was defrosted, full of water and when I opened it, rust stained water spilled onto the floor.* The cleanliness lacked the cutting edge ,as you would expect to find in a 1-3 star hotel.Hotel* When we came to checking in, they told us the room would be ready in an hour, we came back 1hr30 later and the room was still not ready and we had to wait past our planned check in time.* Food quality is probably a 3*.* Extremely poor service from waiters when having our evening meal. We were ignored for the full duration of the meal without been offered a drink. The waiters were stood talking to each other very unprofessionally. One member of staff appeared irritated at his colleagues lack of service and he was the one to offer us the drinks as he took our plates away.* The evening lobby bar was probably the worst bar I have ever been to.

We visited for our anniversary and the staff surprised us with the hotel suite. Really nice gesture and made our stay even better!

I like this hotel in general. Protaras beach is incredible and people from stuff are extremely friendly. I liked the most of things from this hotel. Food is very descent so I didn't experience any issues in this hotel. This place is made to enjoy. Hotel is in renovation at the moment so it will be just better and better in future, I guess.

Internet is paid and that is big minus. Everything else was fine.

Everything about the stay was amazing, all the staff were incredibly friendly. There was a girl who worked at reception who greeted us that was very friendly and helpful. There was also these men with dreadlocks who were so kind and helped us so much with anything

A great hotel right on the beach. Could do with new carpeting and a pick of paint internally. Beds comfy, view good. Needs some sort of gate to stop people walking in and using sunbeds. Also towels were out on sunbeds by 6.30am. This should be stopped. Only went B&B but food.was ok, pool bar was good and prices reasonable. The hotel is right in The middle of The Strip in Protaras with great bars, restaurants and beaches on the doorstep. I would stay there again.

Carpets on floor -1 was in need of a deep clean and interior walls and doors need painting all over.

Plenty of choice and good quality buffet.Special thanks to Isaac the waiter and Nikki the head housekeeper for their help and kindness,plus the receptionists and Alexandra.

We only ate once for dinner some weeks ago and weren't very impressed.The selection of cakes for dessert was poor.

Hotel Lost our booking, had to wait hour to sort it out but still not found, i mean we had paper email and all confirmation, staff seems confident and hotel not full, so why this awkward situation, the rest was great, i recomend, super location and price, didn't eat there

Breakfasts and dinners are good and tasty

I recommend the hotel to make early check in possible for a surcharge. I arrived at 10:30 and was ready to pay to get a room earlier (as I didn't sleep all night).There was not enough complimentary water in the room.As soon as I entered the room and went to shower a female supervisor came to see if everything was okay, but entered the room without my permission (and I was not dressed and in the bathroom). Unacceptable....

The rooms are big ,clean,with king size beds. The location is the best. The beach is probably one of the best in the world the breakfast was great,coffee was very good ,staff were friendly

The floor tiles outside the elevator at the -2 level are dirty they need to be replaced otherwise the hotel is very good ,the parking is little small and some times gets congested ,everything else is great

Hotel needs updating, Thursdays evening meal was not good at all.

Gorgeous hotel right on the beachfront and main strip for all the bars ,restaurants and cafes with beautiful pools,an excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Very good location. Close to the beach and to the center. Nice renovated rooms.

Location and reception staff were amazing Our room was perfect the beds were comfortable and the view was stunning

All the rooms have been recently renovated. I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the room after I've read bad reviews. The reviews no longer match with what you will have in reality. The reality is much better. Please mind that lifts and corridors are not renovated but they look quite fine, especially if you are looking for value for money. The hotel is in the first line, so the sea is just few steps away!

Poor internet connection. it would be great if the hotel management can do something about it. The side-view rooms may face a huge laundry, so it may get noisy if you want to keep windows open. Try getting a room on left side or best sea-view rooms.

Location of the property was great! Great sea view.

No free Wi-Fi. No free safe to use even though the room was equipped with a safe. Buffet options were limited and sometimes mislabelled. Pork items placed in the vegetarian labelled area.
