Narcissos Waterpark Resort

The waterpark was the main appeal and was a fun addition. All rooms were well located and it was easy to manoeuvre around the grounds.

One waterslide was out of order and the ring slide only had 4 rings for all to use which meant waiting and arguments. The next day there were only 3 rings available which made it even worse. No option to eat (snacks) between breakfast and lunch.

Staff just wonderfull. Good room service. Nice balcony view.

Lack of cleaness is main reason bad (I will upload few photos). Other minuses is pool water temparature - too cold. Only 21 c’. Photos inthe desctription not meet the reality.

Food

The staff wasn’t friendly. We have had issues with the first night, one couple of our group was forced to stay in another hotel. In the rooms the fan didn’t work, the local phone also didn’t work! The deposit for the towels wasn’t returned of some kind weird explanation. The show programs in evenings were poor.

Great choice of food that is very tasty, the waterpark was a big bonus for the kids, the staff was very friendly.

Some of the facilities are a bit outworn.

Quite a walk into the main strip but a few shops and a little beach not far.

It is very comfy little family hotel. The room is very spacious for families. Waterpark is very good and big . Kids really enjoyed. Activities are very good. There are good bays nearby to swim. Even nissi beach is very close by. Protaras is very nice.even starbucks is very nearby. I highly recommend to families with kids. Also the population was very nice. There were very nice families.kids make friends easily.the staff was also nice.

I am sorry to say that but the food was not tasty at all. But kids buffet saved us. I thought every time how in cyprus the food could be that taste. On the other hand at any time ice cream is served and the selection of ice cream was so good. So for kids it was very good.

We have stayed in multiple family hotels in cyprus, as we live in Larnaca but this hotel is most defiantly our favourite. We loved the size of the hotel, was perfect for families. Without feeling overly small or too huge, it was just perfect. The waterpark was so much fun, the kids club entertainer was amazing! My daughter adored her! The food was lovely too, always something to choose from! The staff were all so friendly & kind too!

A Disappointing and Stressful Stay – Ruined Our Easter Family CelebrationWe booked this hotel via Booking.com for a long Easter weekend (Thursday to Sunday), to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday with our family – 8 adults and 4 children. What was supposed to be a joyful getaway turned into an exhausting and upsetting experience.Although I entered the children’s ages when booking, they somehow weren’t included in the final reservation confirmation. Please, if you’re travelling with children, double-check this detail is clearly shown before confirming – it could save you a lot of stress.Upon arrival, we were confronted by the hotel manager (who I believe is also the reservations manager). Instead of a warm welcome, she demanded an extra £600 because the children’s ages were not listed. Her manner was abrupt, unprofessional, and quite frankly rude. I immediately contacted Booking.com and was fortunate to speak with a brilliant customer service agent who went above and beyond. He amended the booking to reflect the children’s ages and even upgraded one of our rooms from a studio to a one-bedroom apartment. After nearly two hours of back and forth between him and the hotel, we were told not to pay the extra and were finally checked in.But unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there.Three of the adults were delayed and arrived the next day due to work, only to be told they couldn’t receive their wristbands unless we paid a further £300. Once again, we had to involve Booking.com to resolve the issue. We also witnessed the hotel attempting similar charges with other families, which made us feel this may be a recurring tactic. Had I not seen this pattern, I would have assumed the treatment was racially motivated.The stress this caused — especially for my sister on her milestone birthday — was simply unacceptable. I spent over five hours across various phone calls trying to sort everything out, when I should have been enjoying time with my loved ones.

The food was excellent, loads of choice, very healthy options which my family were very happy with! Staff in the restaurant went over and above, they made such a fuss, making us feel very welcome.

The rooms and the hotel was very clean. The restaurant really nice and exceeded all our needs. Great taste and large selection The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.The bar had a large range of drinks selection. Even ice-cream.Thank you for an amazing experience.

There is not really toilet on the ground floor.Unfortunately the water park was closed by the time we got there.The top floor apartmant handed out by the time when we got there even if we confirmed before.

Good all inclusive version. Tasty, varied meals in the restaurant with a dining room both inside and outside the building. Quite close to the sea, 5 minutes walk.

Rude staff, clogged pipes in toilets and showers.Some windows in the rooms are permanently closed with bolts and cannot be opened.No sensible animation, random performers with no imagination invited to hour-long weak performances. Cold water in swimming pools. Incompetent and unhelpful reception staff.They can quickly charge fees for issuing duplicate room cards, but issuing an invoice is beyond their reach. For 3 days they were unable to issue it correctly, citing ignorance about the system and the manager's departure.There are definitely better hotels in Protaras.

Has potential and good double bed sun loungers

Non heated pool for winter, poor hygiene, flies in high numbers around the pool and dining area landing on guests and food. The hygiene was poor with sick guests leaving vomit all over the public toilets (down stairs outside front of site).Food was not of usual high standards used at other 3 star resorts in Cyprus (so poor, we eat out), food poisoning happened and my daughter had a nights stay in Valencia hospital (Protaras) on fluids. 3 of the 4 family members had this gastric blowout, some poor hygiene methods seen around eating areas.

Food was nice water park was great for our 8 year old bedroom was a good size but needs updating/refreshing

We were all inclusive Cocktails were terrible we couldn't even taste the alcohol We only stayed 1 night but it was really boring nothing happening apart from kids mini disco at 8.30 there was meant to be bingo but that never happen A playground was advertised on the hotel website but when i asked at reception she said there isn't oneNo game rooms for children apart from a pool table Wouldn't stay again there is a kids club but my son said it was to babyish

The waterpark was fun for the kids.. The staff was friendly.

Basically everything was very medium.. The variety of the food was poor and the quality also.. It wasn't tasty and we end up going out to restaurants eventhough we had an all inclusive package. Also, you couldn't drink whatever you wanted or eat whenevr you wanted, the snack bar was limited in the hours and the food variety.All in all it was nice, the waterpark was fun for the kids, but the you didn't feel like you were spoiled or anything, you felt like everything was very medium.. I wouldn't go back there.. There are better places.

Great food, lovely restaurant and bar staff. Restaurant staff were lovely to my children and they couldn’t do enough for you. Loved that the hotel wasn’t too large and the waterpark was a great addition. Buses were easy to get and the small bay of beach was a 5 min walk

The entertainment was poor compared to last year. The bingo in particular was a rip off. As a family we bought 60euro worth of tickets to find out the prize was 40euros. There must have been over 200euros and so to find out it was mainly going to the entertainment company was disappointing especially as there was no entertainment in the day time. The music was inappropriate a lot of rap/drill of which there was a lot of swearing so not appropriate in a family setting.

Spacious rooms, friendly reception staff, large parking lot.

The room was not properly cleaned; we stayed for 4 days, and during that time, it was never cleaned, the trash bin was not emptied, and the towels were not changed. The terrace in the restaurant area was full with cats, and they even climbed onto the tables. The staff were wearing sweaty, dirty blouses and filthy shoes, and the person who made the omelet did not follow any hygiene rules; the whole counter was dirty. The breakfasts were the same every day, and one morning, I got moldy bread. The all-inclusive drinks were all watered-down mixtures served in plastic cups. This hotel is definitely not 4-star!!!!!
