FALSE ADVERTISMENT(NOT ADULTS ONLY) ***TEENAGERS IN HOTEL***

We booked an ADULT ONLY experience. The room right next to us were teenagers 15-17 (not adults) that were all cooped up in a rom (around 5 people) and LAUGHING loudly at 03:00 am. They kept us up until literally 05:30 with their shouts and laughters. When we complained to the manager he said verbatum that the hotel considers 16 and above adults. Note that in Cyprus you're considered an adult at 18 so that is FALSE ADVERTISING. We paid a significant amount of money to have 1 day of peace and quiet and as you can imagine it didn't go as planned.

Old fashioned gym, no privacy in the balcony you can see and hear all your neighbours. why are we oblied to wear a bracelet if we arent even staying all inclusive, its just ridiculous. Extremely over priced for the quality of hotel.

We paid for side sea view and they decided to upgrade us (without asking first) to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which was on the ground floor, surrounded by high fence, no view at all obviously and it felt like prison.As soon as we saw the room we mentioned that we didn’t like it and we asked for the room that we paid for. They then gave us another room, on the ground floor again which was not even side sea view, so we requested a refund. They told us that they didn’t have any availability for any other rooms and tried to explain that the jacuzzi room was 3 times more expensive than the room we booked. I explicitly said that firstly, we should have been informed by the time we made the reservation (two weeks before) that there wasn’t any availability for the room that we paid for, which was also quite expensive. On top of that, we had coffee during the time we expected to be given the second room and they didn’t even made an effort to leave it on the house, as an apology gesture due to the inconvenience they caused us.

The location is great. Beautiful beachfront hotel. The staff was very polite qnd helpful. Arrived 1 hour earlier and gave us pool towels so that we could use the pool till the room was ready Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of food.Spacious room but nothing special. Free parking.

The view in my room was looking at a parking space and it was located under the laundry.

The fact that we upgraded to what we thought was sea view and it was side sea view, but you could not enjoy the view as it was not so visible, all we could see was the neighboring building tenants, couldn’t even open the curtains to get the sun or natural light in. Disappointing.

Nothing negative. Perhaps a small shop inside the hotel would be helpful.

The breakfast was incredible with many options. We also liked the pool area which was really great and very relaxing. The fact that this hotel is adults only helps the pool area to be calm and relaxing.

The location was next to a nice, fairly quiet beach. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good value for money.

The bathroom was not up to par. The bathtub was old and there was no pressure of the water coming from the shower head.No sound insulation in the rooms. You could hear every little noise from the room above or next door.The housekeeping staff had the annoying habit of preparing rooms for arrivals at 6 or 7 pm when people returned from a long day at the beach.

The beach access was convenient and nice, staff was really great and friendly. The room was very clean and a decent size for two people.

The facilities are a bit dated on the inside. Like, it's an old hotel and it's full of middle-aged guests, which is not bad, we just felt odd being some of the very few young people there.The food wasn't great either.

There could be more fruit and Dark bread. The juice could be better … tasted like lemonade.

Room level of cleaning.We notice the reception about some furniture tha weren't clean but they never came to settle it up.
