New hotel, hence clean and new rooms. Also great location

Overcrowded with groups of tourists, noisy hotel. The only option was all inclusive, you are forced to wear the bracelet. Its 2025! Average food, average breakfast. Rooms despite they are new, there is a bad smell

The water park is excellent for all ages, the rooms are sparkling clean, and the room was quiet during the evening entertainment with the window closed. We also highly appreciated the convenient shuttle bus that ran every hour from the hotel to Fig Tree Bay.

Overall, we had mixed feelings. The most significant inconvenience was being provided with only one key card for the entire family, making it impossible to leave the room separately as the electricity does not work without it. The dining was also disappointing; while there was a large quantity of food, the majority was not very tasty. The bread was bland, and we had almost no fresh salad greens. Our children, who usually eat vegetables, refused to eat them here, and even the broccoli was not cooked well. However, the meat dishes and fish options were generally tasty, and we did enjoy a delicious octopus salad once.

Absolutely spotless – by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Every detail is taken care of and the whole property feels fresh and well maintained. The staff are professional and friendly, making the experience even better. Honestly, I don’t understand why this hotel is not rated 5 stars already – it truly deserves it.

Honestly, nothing – everything was great. It would just be nice to have a little shop in the hotel.

Although many customers had the same issue... and i went only to avoid losing my money (we booked an all-inclusive hotel with a waterpark, and it wasn't operational!), after many complaints, they suggested that we can go to the waterpark of another hotel in the group! However, this was not practical at all! I must admit that overall, we had a good stay! Excellent, polite staff in all departments and a clean hotel." The food was great

The swimming pool was dirty both days that 's why the lower score ! It was dirty on Saturday and i thought that on Sunday morning would be better but was exaclty the same I understand that the hotel was fully booked but clean poll with so many people is a must !

Great location to get around Protaras, the staff where all lovely and very helpful. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. Everything we needed for a lovely stay in Protaras whilst we were in Cyprus.

The beds wee too hard. If you like a hard bed then you're all good.

It was so dirty everywhere the water from the shower come out black and the bed was rotten all dirty stuff all over the sofa

Most of the staff was wonderful and engaging - especially Andreas at the bar and Nicky and Georgia at reception. Very friendly and super helpful. Andreas was great interacting with the children too and entertaining them as well as us, and makes awesome cocktails. Nicky really cares about the guests, always has a smile and is eager to please. Pool was nice - basic, but clean and the kids loved it. Location was great!

Hotel apartments are very, very basic. Does not appear that the furnishings - especially beds/matresses - have been renewed in years, if ever. Food was really disappointing, particularly at lunch and dinner. French toast, for example is actually just crispy fried bread with no semblance to French Toast. Leftovers are turned into the next days meals - which would be fine if done well. Carbonara Sauce for Pasta was basically stock thickened with corn starch and ham pieces tossed in. Its disrespectful to the customers, but it also depends on what the owners/management are prepared to supply the kitchen with. Sorry Chef! Also felt that certain staff members were keeping tabs on what or how often my children would eat or snack. Keep in mind, we were All Inclusive, but if the food is not good, the children - and adults - will eat what they can when better options are available. Sometimes, we decided to skip lunch or just have fruit or a light salad, and order a burger or french fries later from the snack menu. For lunch one day, I just ate some fruit (not all of which was fresh, but had apparently been put out since lunch the day before, again for breakfast, and again for lunch that day. Also, just because some of us were not speaking Greek all the time, does not mean we did not hear comments or read body language. Katalavainoume poly kala and it is rude to make your guests feel uncomfortable, even if you don't think that we know. People are not stupid. My family has owned a restaurant, a hotel, I had a small catering business in Los Angeles, and my mother was a Chef at one of the top 5 star hotels in Cyprus for 27 years, so we are people that know!) Thank you to the Staff that Shined and made us feel welcomed.

The location was good.

They didnt meet our expectations. The water of bath was coming out very dirty also we didnt have cold water and thay didnt have maintenance to fixed it (Broken).The baby cot was without the mattress.

Disappointing

No blow dryer in the room, poor facilities, only 1 sovket in the room, the air conditioning was from the 80s and it blew out the fuse box.

Nothing, it was run down, unclean, so old should be demolished. Staff unfriendly, food disgusting!
