Spotless , very kind staff

Food needs to improve

Location was good. It's a short walk to the beach.

Where to begin... Our room's bathroom smelled bad. My wife and I saw cockroaches on the plates in the buffet and in the lobby. The term "All inclusive" is a joke when you can tell the hotel cuts corners in terms of quality. The cocktails were absolutely terrible. They look like mixed food dye. My wife took one sip and complained at how bad it was. So I took a sip and it tasted like chemicals. There's only two elevators for the whole hotel, so you constantly waiting for the elevator. We ended up walking the stairs to the 4th floor most of the time. To drink water, they have one filtration system per floor... Avoid this hotel at all cost!

Not recommend at all

The smell, the food, everything was bad quality, all the property and especially the rooms smell like a rotten cheese, I asked to change my room, but the same problem was with the other room too.

The pool was great, clean and big, lots of fun for the kids and for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Entrainment almost around the clock. Nice gym.

The room was tiny for a family of 4 ( two toddlers) Beds and that's it. Bad ventilation in the room. Smell of wetness in the hotel. Food - lots of it but of bad quality.

Everything was really good. Staff was very kind and at service all the time. Price vs value exceeded my expectations, think that this was really good for the price paid. All meals were perfect, there should be everything for everyone. Pool was also pretty good for people of all ages.For better beaches on the coast you will need to walk a bit, around 20 mins (Vryssi Beach), but still believe that this is very good price vs value hotel vs position. Wish them all the best!

I don't have anything to say on this one. All went as expected.

Very welcoming and kind staff

In the pictures of the facility’s before booking, you showed a picture of a small kids water park. It was not there and one pool was under construction

All the staff was polite and happy. The food was good and the hotel was spotless

Very nice hotel, room was great and breakfast was excellent you could choose whatever you wanted. Staff very friendly especially on breakfast.

Breakfast was varied and tasty. Shower was great. Room was clean. Good Wifi.

Pool towels could be cleaner. Pillows are too high in my opinion. Location - it requires a vehicle to get to the city center.

Pool was filthy for first few days and eventually was cleaned properly. A few people I had spoken to were ill from the pool water. My mum's passports mysteriously disappeared from her room after complaining and then turned up after our return flight home. Food labelled vegetarian- it wasn't

Staff were super friendly

Pool area was over crowded and sunbeds were one on top of other except grass area..pool looked foggy and dirty..and no one about to collect empty glasses.Our bedroom shower was blocked.. And bathroom got flooded and hairs coming out the drain.

Excelent staff, good choice and quality of food, very nice pool and outdoor area and renovated rooms with nice sunrise view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Papouis Hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The standout feature of this hotel has to be the spacious rooms. They are not just clean but incredibly roomy, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay.One of the amenities I particularly appreciated was the in-room coffee maker. It's the small details like this that make a big difference in the overall comfort of a hotel stay. Having the option to brew a fresh cup of coffee in the room was a great way to kickstart my day.The hotel also provided extra towels for the swimming pool, which was a thoughtful touch. It saved me the hassle of carrying wet towels from the room, ensuring that I could enjoy a dip in the pool without any inconvenience.The staff were truly exceptional. They were not only accommodating but also very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also a delightful surprise. The quality of the food was very good, and the variety of options on the menu catered to different tastes. The swimming pool was a highlight of my stay. It was meticulously maintained and, as the rest of the hotel, impeccably clean. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

While we were on an all-inclusive package, regrettably, the quality of the non-beer drinks was not up to par.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the location is very good the hotel is very clean.

The food was a little repetitive and there was a few ant's in our room. The music from the entertainment team had a lot of swear words as did the music around the pool which was inappropriate as there were a lot of children present

Great air conditioner in the room. The lady manager at the reception helped us alot

Pool facing rooms are very loud untill 11pm, no one told us that although we were with a baby

Didn’t have any hot water, complained about it but only apologised.Door to balcony wouldn’t open, maintenance got it open in the evening but once shut wouldn’t open again

Clean, good food and comfort!
