    Pros +

    • Fabulous location, great beach, small but nice. Good food and staff very nice
    • Food was inedible
    • Outstanding hotel. Private beach club and pool are both incredible. Interior design in common areas and room is exceptional. Really superb stay in a great location - easy to walk down Cap Ferrat or into Beaulieu-sur-mar

    Cons -

    • Room was not cleanHad a musty odor smellThey advertise as a five star hotel it is not a five star hotel
    • Value is just OK. Mountain view rooms are pretty good value, sea / garden view rooms are pretty ridiculously priced. Breakfast is good but not outstanding. Price of water + sodas is exorbitant at >11 EUR for a Coke
    • The Jasmine grille restaurant was not our favorite and a little overpriced for what it was. The menu was hard to put together as it’s a mix of Indian and French cuisine. That said, it’s still a beautiful place to dine.

Breakfast was a beautiful and a luxurious start to the day. It has everything you’d want - fresh omelettes, fruit, yogurt, pastries etc. The hospitality at this hotel was truly the best we’ve ever experienced and the grounds are just beautiful. 5+ stars.

The Jasmine grille restaurant was not our favorite and a little overpriced for what it was. The menu was hard to put together as it’s a mix of Indian and French cuisine. That said, it’s still a beautiful place to dine.

    - the location is very close to remarkable destinations- staff are professional - with wonderful room and much appreciated upgrade- the concierge was very attentive - The sea view was wonderful- beds are comfortable - walked in the side of hotel and reached a fisherman town

    - could’ve have a specific menu for the lobby and instead chose of coffee only before 6:30 pm- the tv is very small and bad idea having it inside a mirror

Staff were incredible, fabulous room and facilities. Read reviews whilst travelling to the hotel, stating there wasn't any tea making facilities in the room, we asked as soon as we arrived and a coffee machine was bought to our room, we were also offered a kettle and tea making facilities. Lovely pillow spray was left in the room for us, and it gave us a great nights sleep. Staff that cleaned the room were amazing, everything was just perfect.

Thought the breakfast was very expensive as we didn't realise we had booked room only.

No tea and coffee making facility in rooms.Food and drink at hotel VERY expensive.

This hotel is an excellent option for the South of France. It's located on Saint Jean Cap Ferrat which is a peninsula situated between Beaulieu-Sur-Mer and Villefranche-Sur-Mer (both cute little coastal towns along the Riviera). The peninsula, literally nicknamed the Billionaires Peninsula, is quiet and residential with a handful of 5 star resorts. It's stunning! The way this hotel is located at the beginning of the peninsula makes it easy to access restaurants and sites in Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, Villefranche, Eze, and even parts of Nice by bus or Uber (nothing is SUPER close, but I consider 10-20 min Ubers pretty easy). We were so comfortable at the hotel. The service was excellent and we felt like we got to know the staff. The restaurant on site was super delicious and we loved lounging by the pool or just hanging out and enjoying the view. More than anything I think the value for this hotel is excellent. It perhaps doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the other 5 star hotels in the area, but the price is better and the historic vibe and views make it a wonderful choice.

The spa and gym amenities aren't very good compared to other places I've stayed. It's simple.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful location. Excellent breakfasts. Efficient valet parking.

Absence of convenient electric socket in bathroom. Wash basins without plugs. Absence of heated towel rail.

    Fantastic location

Standard rooms are a bit noisy due to the proximity of the road and train

We had room 10 in l’orangerie absolute great room with private patio and direct access to pool .

    9JessicaPosted on: 8-1-2024

Beautiful property and lovely pool, beach and staff.

Not very kid friendly. They didn’t want kids in the fine dining restaurant or for them to jump in the pool/make noise….be kids. Also nofood served by the pool and not many kid friendly food options.

Everything was fantastic (friendly staff, private beach, great swimming pool, great bar and restaurants, good breakfast etc.) except for the room and the location of the room (see below) which was dramatic and completely spoiled our stay and last days of our holiday.

We booked a mountain view room, however nor the hotel nor booking.com ever informed us that this room was located approx. 25 meter from a railroad with trains frequently passing by. The noise was ridiculous and if we would have known we would never have booked this hotel. Actually we art of the opinion that we should have paid half the price, no value for money. Even the most basic items such as for example a small nespresso coffee machine was not there.

    10DaliaPosted on: 7-20-2024

    Position. View. Room was comfortable.

    10KarenPosted on: 7-1-2024

Breakfast was of high quality offering lots of choice.Yogurt, cereals, ham and cheeses, eggs, bacon, toast and pastries.

    8LauraPosted on: 6-10-2024

Love the pool and the lobby. I liked that they had a private beach for swimming .

We had a Mountain View room on the first floor. The room was rather small and not luxurious. I think I would consider a sea view room upgrade because the room wasn’t worth the expense of the hotel.

    9KristsPosted on: 6-4-2024

Good vibe. Good location. The staff at the pool are fantastic.

Lots of people at breakfast and slow service.
