Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel

The kids’ club was located far from the rooms and next to the beach club, which was very inconvenient. The cable car was out of service during our stay, so we couldn’t use it. Instead, we had to climb a very long and steep staircase to get there, which felt unsafe for small children. Because of this, it was hard to leave the kids at the club on their own, as the location itself didn’t feel safe and family-friendly.

No where else locally to eat

The hotel is extremely nice and has a great vibe ! With amazing staff; very kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with great food , service and view. It’s definitely a magical destination to all couples.

Stunning property, with a very nice infinity pool with views of the mediterranean sea. Their personalised service was excellent from the staff, this is how the four seasons should be at all the properties around the world, but unfortunately they are not.

Very far from central Nice & the fact that nobody mentioned at the hotel they operate a shuttle to the village.

The location is unparalleled. The staff is warm and welcoming and so accommodating.

It is surprising that in a hotel of this heritage and location a more strict dress is not enforced still. Dining in the restaurant there were young children on the floor next to our table along with a diaper bag and changing pad. The table next to them, the woman was barefoot! I just don’t understand the accommodation made to guests. When the hotel staff who greets you or takes your bags are in a coat and tie, guests, if not formal, should be asked to dress themselves and their children appropriately. It is ridiculous.

This is really the best hotel in the world, perfect people working in, perfect nature surrounding it, Wonderfull food!

The massage at the spa can be better, it is good but in the previous years it was better!

Nothing was truly outstanding.

The breakfast is expensive yet, the service is simple and the buffet is normal. other hotels in the same area provide better breakfast with less cost.

The garden

A truly beautiful hotel. the swimming pool has to be one of my all time favourites, gently heated and salt water in an olympic 3,5 meter deep Size. Breakfast was all you could expect from a 4 seasons, and so was the room. loved the bath tub. Room has a beautiful view too, stayed in the annex and preferred it than the main building.

Maybe the room is a little outdated in the decor, but that is me having to think of something negative.. all in all it was great.

Everything was IMMACULATE! Attention to details, customer service, cleanliness, territory, restaurant, room service! Four Seasons employees went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations. (The most comfortable beds and Diptyque products- special thank you!) If you have a chance to stay here -do not hesitate for a moment! This hotel will give you a true impression about Côte d’Azur. A real fairytale! Thank you!

Passable

the hotel was not ready for the season, stil was ongoing construction in many areas of hotel. for a five star hotel its not acceptable, there is no way you can stay here without a car, quiet out of town.

That we had to go home

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting, courteous staff, large rooms, close to lovely St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat for local restaurants and a sea walk that is to die for! Will go back again when on the Cote D’Azur.

Location and views

Very poor wifi in the room.Room wasn’t ready on arrival.Impossible to eat breakfast outside on terrace if windy, all the leaves and birds comes in your plates.

Excellent hotel. Large room with great sea view. Great breakfast. Large area of the hotel with an amazing garden. Swimming pool overlooking the sea with heated sea water. Excellent gourmet restaurant.

not the fastest internet

We lived the premises,beautiful and peaceful,fantastic gardens

The room was quite small,though we had a walk-in closet.It was just above the entrance to the Hotel,so we had to have shutters closed in order not to be seen in our bathroom.The bed was too high and too soft.Every time We went to sleep,it felt like we w're drowning,and I had a sore back every morning.We stayed two nights at room 6

Excellent location and room.Staff very helpful and friendly.Very relaxing.

If staying at the hotel there should not be a charge for parking.There should be snacks for lunch rather than a full lunch.Very expensive but luxurious.

Service by pool was at times sub par (forgot an order twice and no toilet paper in toilet).
