Pros +
- Great staff, nice breakfast and really good common areas vibes.
- The food, the staff, the atmosphere, the cleanliness... everything was perfect Noa from the reception was so nice and polite. All the staff was friendly
- The jacuzzi, the aesthetics, and the breakfast.
Cons -
- The rooms are not well designed and lacking small amenities such as a rack for wet towels, the hottub was dirty and we asked to move rooms which was inconvenient and wasted some of our time.
- The location of the room. It was too far from everything else.
- I booked one night for my wife for the day before our wedding. She was supposed to ask for a late check out when she arrived which costed the price for 2 additional nights. It is a shame to bill that much for a few more hours ! My best advice is just don’t go there

The hotel carved out an oasis literally in the middle of an industrial area. It’s gorgeous. Palm trees. Sauna. Jacuzzi. Two pools. Lots of sitting areas sprinkled around. The staff was attentive and the place was clean. Beds were super comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room and a larger communal one in the lounge. The room also had a safe.
Things I wish we had known:1) The hotel has three floors and there is no elevator, so everything is up or down one or two levels.2) The only way to get in and out of the pools are with ladders. There are no steps.3) The food is not under kosher supervision 4) The music at the pool included a lot of explicitly sexual songs.5) When we were there, the vibe was not suitable for us as a religious couple.6) There was a lot of smoking.7) The bathroom was surprisingly small with just a couple of inches between my knees and the shower door when on the toilet. Also, the bathroom door was textured glass and not private, so you wouldn’t want to share a room with someone you weren’t extremely close to.
Big roomGood breakfastNice launge area
Bathroom was not clean. Smelled like pee. The shower had lots of mold. The tub had dead bugs. The window did not have a screen so bugs came in. The AC was fine but was off when we came sk it was hot. The room was simply mediocre and not clean. Pool was really hot. Not cooled in any way like a warm tub.Lots of stairs and steps to get to the room, and the floors were easy to trip on.Massage was decent, and the room was clean.
The spa, swimming pool and room.
The sauna in our room broke.
Rooms where very nice
The service was poor. Staff smoking. No accommodation for requests. The breakfast service was great.
Very weird placeNot kosher foodNo elevater no service to help with suitcasesReceptionists not professional nor friendlyEntry is on a rock filled road ni light dangerous entry Very Very disappointed would not recommend
Great vacation, friends! This is the best I've seen in Israel! A bottle of wine greets you. There is a bottle of water, tea, coffee. Clean. A great hotel where you can spend time with romance
The pool area and service to the pool is amazing: just what we needed with girls - to sip wine, to chat and catch some sun. Pool is very nice.Breakfast is also good, with option to choose the main dish and rich buffet.
The reception stuff is a bit indifferent. We needed to ask questions in order to get info about breakfast etc which is usually given on check in. I think its due to the fact that my friends spoke english and no hebrew, so stuff was a bit reluctant to talk in english maybe. Also we were denied 1 hour late checkout even though there was no problem to give it to us. Number of breakfast omlet additions depends on the tier of your room: like you cna add mushrooms if you have double room and if you have suite you have 4 additions. I think its a bit low - allow everyone the same options, its a hotel, not a plane.
Very nice hotel. It felt so cosy and natural. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool was really nice and surrounded with palm trees. Staff did above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.will come back for sure.
Room was great - beds, jacuzzi, shower and bathroom. We also enjoyed the spa facilities of the place.Breakfast was great.
Pool was a little too cold
Great jacuzzi tub in the room- seems like an oasis in an industrial area.
Just make sure you fill the water past the jets- I made a puddle across the room ;)
The food at the restaurant and the fact that you can get a room with a private sauna.
The hotel was run down, the location is in an industrial area, without views. I only got the room at 16:00 and had to check out by 11:00. Too expensive.
Nice pool . Large room , very good a/c
Room 213 Sink was clogged. Hotel not well maintained, hallway to our room was full of equipment, public areas not very clean . Breakfast was open at 8:00 am as promised but no fresh bread untill 8:20 .
A hotel that we have stayed in many times, we always choose it when we need to stay in that area. Staff are friendly and helpful, the pool area is lovely.
This time we had the feeling that it was not up to it's usual standard. The passageway was looking not so clean, there were no cakes in the lounge during our time there, only empty plates with crumbs and the coffee machine had been removed from the dining area. It needs a bit of an uplift.
Amazing service of staff Great massage and very beautiful design Just point it’s cleaning more . Honestly All it’s perfect .
Well designed, clean, easy parking. Free coffee and pastries in the lounge were lovely.
Room was a little small
The location, the staff was amazing and the room and hotel were perfect
It’s loud outside the door, when people talk and when the ladies wear heels….
