Comfy bed and location for us perfect staff very professional

Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast always had to ask for the coffee to be refilled , mushy hash browns terrible scrambled eggs like regurgitated Food and the bacon not nice at all not worth $29 ea dinner wasn’t that much better one chance to impress👎

The proximity to the train station. We were in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and the bathrooms were lovely, spacious with plenty of room to place toiletries etc. the lounge area was spacious and the black out curtains were excellent for sleeping. The bedroom was surprising quiet given it was on a busy road.

The beds were not made each day, the dishes were not washed (we could have done that if there had been detergent provided, but as it wasn’t we left it for the cleaning staff). The rubbish was not removed from the kitchen bin either. The a/c was tricky to work, it only operates when the balcony door and window are closed, but even when they were, the a/c panel wouldn’t work it.

Left my laptop/phone charger in the room when leaving. Contacted through booking.com in regards to it the same day I checked out and they said the room may not have been cleaned yet and to call the hotel tomorrow. Called them the following day where they told me they will check for me and call me back and have heard nothing

Very clean. Rooms looked great, not outdated or with damaged items. It was so comfortable and clean.

The bathroom lighting and mirror is a bit difficult for applying make up. Room service didn’t start until 5 and finished quite early

Was disappointed that at 10.30 after a long day sight seeing we were unable to get any refreshments not even room service

Our room was really well equipped. It was large and comfortable. I loved the bathroom.

The curtains were too thin

Beautiful, great location, shower is amazing, toiletries are more than most places - amazing staff very helpful very informative

Parking is a little weird

Staff were excellent, beds were comfy, handy location

There was no bottled water available in room, no pen & paper, only one waste bin and that was in the bathroom, no robes, very stuffy in the room even with air on coldest and fastest fan setting

Rydges is in a great position and the rooms are fantastic, so clean and quiet. The staff are brilliant and are more than helpful The room has everything you need and was extremely comfortable

There is no room for improvement everything was just perfect

The location is great, near Eastland.

When checking the staff at the reception was not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. But all other staff was exceptional.

Service was good, the venue was clean and comfortable, convenient location.

The coffee pods were unlabelled and the curtain was very thin so we woke up with the sunshine

The bed was big and comfortable .. there was a great shower in fact it was superb !! Very flash !! Nice big TV .. I hate heavy doonas but found a lovely soft blanket in the cupboard so swapped the doona out for the blanket so comfy..

There was no biscuits to have with my tea or coffee !!

Beautiful rooms and bathrooms with a nice living area.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, rooms were stylish and practical. Loved the bathrooms, mirror were amazing for make up, beds were super comfortable. Highly rate this hidden gem in Ringwood.

The bed was so nice I did not feel like leaving the staff where amazing and the room was just like in the picture all and all amazing time there and high recommend adding the breakfast in the morning too

Hotel felt soulless on this occasion. Staff showed zero customer service skills. I had an electric vehicle but was refused charging unless I paid for car parking

Amazing staff. Super lovely!. Bodywash,shampoo ect is supplied. Amazing location!

Small bin space in rooms, would be better with bigger car spaces also and a pool? Tile on deck was unstable a little also! Otherwise AMAZING!
