Competent staff, nice hot bath with sauna, excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Clean and well equipped rooms.

My bed :I would have liked less soft madress.

Breakfast had a good variety. There is parking for the car.

Firstly, when we arrived, we got a room that was not cleaned. The toilet was dirty with a used towel hanging. The bed was undone. Once we complained, we got a new room that was not fully prepared. The staff had to bring extra things for us. The rooms were dark and very poorly maintained.

It is difficult to find the main gate/ reception .There is no sign or even mark showing there is reception on the bake side. Unfortunately i come at midnight. I got cold looking for reception?

The breakfast was amazing...well served and great variety. The staff was focused on filling up the trays and cleaning up the canteen. Recommendable!!

It was great to have the possibility of the free spa to swim and have a lovely sauna and be able to book it so we didn’t have too many people The breakfast was amazing and very very rich in selections

We didn’t get complimentary slippers and robes since we had a standard room but I feel like that shouldn’t be something that is different, personally. The bar was closed when we were staying and the staff was a bit annoyed that we asked a drink from the restaurant bar, just as the reception told us we could do. Felt like a bit of miss-communication between restaurant and hotel

Great stay so only minor things to make it 10/10No tea/coffee facilities in the room and then in the communal area where these were available there was no milk (we are English and need our tea you see...)Gym equipment could be better. Rowing machine broken.

Expensive enough

Terrible.

Our room was 26 degrees celcius. The staff told us at check in they would fix it, but it didn’t help. It turned out, when I went to the reception in the middle of the night, they hadn’t done anything after all and that they were actually still heating the room. The beds also had winter duvets in july. So no sleep, no value for money. Also it is dangerous for babies to sleep in so warm rooms with bad circulation, this can cause crib death/SIDS. The staff was not at all helpful, they could not do anything.

Not informed about booking Time for pool, room been not cleaning all weekend , towels been not changed all weekend, been eat only once at hotel diner have to wait our orderį 1 hour 30min (with small child ) waiters always been coming and lying 10min more so sorry for waiting until we received our last meal after 2 hours.

Lovely pool with sauna, best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel (at no extra cost!), room had a fridge, all very clean and tidy

a good place to stop on the way to Bergen from the south. The hotel serves mainly business people it has a nice spa and very basic gym. breakfast was very good and diverse
