breakfast was honest, but not special!

two narrow beds next to each other is not the best option. the mattress thin and not comfortable.

Friendly Staff, easy relaxed friendly atmosphere within the hotel, nothing was a problem. The hotel was very clean and homely with great Christmas decorations !

Good place, I stayed just one night. Free dinner buffet (the same as breakfast buffet). Comfortable room, very nice staff.

The staffs are very accommodating and the hotel is clean and organized. They have a simple breakfast and supper. Coffee is 24 hours available. The location is perfectly fine and love to be back.

someone in the room above us was smoking so we couldn't have the window open, and the air in the room was stale

Everything was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should. There was a free Norwegian supper, breakfast was simple but good. Parking was free and there was plenty of it. Check is late for a lay in!

The overall experience was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel. Clean and good bed besides small things like open snack bar after 7 pm till 10 pm included in the price. 24/7 coffee available.

A very cozy place to stay. Exceeded my expectation, both in terms of the place and staff. Free breakfast and supper, which was pretty decent as well. Room was nice and clean, so was everything else.

The only thing that could be improved was that I selected that I was travelling with an infant when booking my stay, but they said that they didn't know about it when we got there. They told me that if they knew I had an infant with me, they would have given me a ground floor room, which also shows good service for guests on their end if they wanted to make proper accommodations and elevate guest experience. But I didn't mind staying on the second floor anyway.

The place was clean and the food was delicious, I liked over all experience, however the receptionist was not friendly when he informed us while checking in that they have a policy not accepting customers with work clothes claiming that shoes might damage the floor but he didnt check on them at all when we argued that we have no spikes on the shoes. He was grumpy somehow and i was surprised that the hotel have many customers just like us with working clothes. I dont think he actually said that to them because his action was somehow racist specially when he changed a bit when he knew that i carry a Swedish documents. The next day reception lady was much more nice. I hope the management would check on this and do the needful.

No complaints

Comfortable beds. Very practical solution to breakfast in Corona-style. The place usually houses personell working at the local ship yard. They had a room with self service washing machine. Which for some is great. Cosy and pleasant hotel.

We ordered a single queen/king size double bed but got two singles... I was not pleased with that. The recepcionist told me that they had no control over that, and that it was a booking.com thing.
