good quiet location in a small street, small hotel. some character to rooms.
room was moist and musty, bathroom ventilation poor. breakfast limited.
We were a little scared about comments before, but everything was good. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Good breakfast. I recommend the hotel also because its location is so convenient, almost all the most important historic places are walkable around 15 min each one from the hotel.
No mirror yet, but they were still improving so probably they were working on that.
The staff was really nice.
The place wasn't look like in the pictures ? Shared areas were not well maintained noting like in the pictures. No fountain, the second floor seating area doesn't exist. The place wasn't clean enough.
The parrot was cute and spoke better English than the staff. It also meawed like the cat just like my parrot at home in Barbados
There was nothing I did not like.
The staff was helpful.
The most important thinks is toilets u can't seat on it because have a space about 5 cm between walls and toiletsHow you can seat it?For who have a car must walking about 100 meter and pay the park fee.For breakfast was so bad and old cooked and not clean dish be honest is so troublesIf not prepare breakfast better.
Very good location near good restaurants and shops. We booked the double room but ended up in a quadruple room with no window, but it was ok for us, since the price was good. It was very hot in Sanliurfa and AC was absolutely essential. Beds were comfortable and there is kettle with coffee and tea. Breakfast was excellent and tasty
Staff is friendly but don’t speak a single word in English which sometimes is tiring. Wi-Fi could be betterNo hot waterBreakfast served late for us (9:30AM)
Felt very authentic. Great value, good location, nice breakfast and pasha the parrot.
Some miscommunications with staff.
Nothing in particular
The costumer service terrible !
difficult to find parking places nearby
Nice beautiful traditional cave themed rooms
The building is very attractive.
