Mostly everything. Breakfast was amazing!

It's not ideal for families with young children. No one specifically complained about the kids, but as a family, we felt like we were making too much noise.

Very nice log apartments. Comfy beds. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Forest setting very peaceful with the balcony.

Difficult to find with Google maps.

Great location. Nice place to stay. We had a nice time and very closed to all activities.

Poor and unstable wifi

The breakfast was very fresh, French style (baguette, croissant etc.), delivered in a basket at the specified time. The room was nice, in wooden style, the air is nice and fresh as it is chalet style in the forrest. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It's very close to all the activities in Amneville.

The sound insulation wasn't good, we could hear our neighbours talking etc. until late at night.

Loved this place it was so well placed to walk to all of the Amnéville attractions. Clean and tidy accommodation. Supermarket is only 2.5km away

The sound proofing is questionable. We could hear sounds from other rooms. We were woken at 6am by loud music being played in the room below. The fold out bed in the living area wasn't very comfortable.

Constructed to look like a Canadian-style log cabin, the property was interesting and the rooms had plenty of facilities. A rather strange location, being situation in a 'theme park', but actually very peaceful location with a nice view of trees from the room.Excellent Vietnamese restaurant nearby, within the theme park.

Very noisy rooms (creaky floorboards), with little soundproofing - this definitely made it feel less peaceful.

The parking was convenient and collecting the keys was very simple. The accommodation was lovely, a true log cabin and the facilities included everything we could have needed. The breakfast basket was excellent and great value for money! I hadn’t realised before booking how many restaurants and entertainment options were within a short 5-10 minute walk. Overall, everything was excellent! I wish we had time to spend a second night. Maybe next time…

Comfortable spacious and well equipped accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful and were genuinely interested in my travels. The cabin accommodation consists on a few larger log cabins split into individual studios. The location is in a forest but it's part of a bigger complex including restaurants and attractions. None of those are intrusive though but you can walk to them.

Only a small thing but the checking in instructions could be sent in a couple of languages. And if you're on the move, having to order breakfast by text maybe before you arrive, was a bit inconvenient.

Huge, well equipped suite. Everything you could possibly need. Home from home. Massive beds. Nice breakfast delivered to the room. Coffee pods for machine..Loved it.

Nothing really. It was great. Was on top floor and I had alot to carry up the stairs. No lift.

The location of the hotel is a wonderful family-oriented area in a quiet corner of this place. It was easy to find being located on a one-way road. The check-in procedure was easy to complete and access to room was without issue. We were pleased with the cleaniless of the room and everything that we found in the room there were no evident problems, we appreciated the welcome pack, as a nice touch for the arrival. The remainder of the stay was without issue, the bed was comfortable and we slept peacefully. The breakfast was delivered promptly in the morning, however we were a little disappointed with the options that were provided, being a little one-dimensional in it's variety. It was sufficent however provided only sweet options. Overall we felt it was a pleasant stay, with no complaints for the duration of our stay.

We were a little disappointed with the lack of personal touch that was afforded with the stay, however it was an easy check-in and check-out process. The breakfast was also no was expected with a reported "outstanding" option, whilst not being outstanding it was sufficient for us, and also for the cost.

The location and ambience was great. The apartment was very well equipped and spotless clean. Staff we encountered were very pleasant

Not much we didn’t like. Some small critiques could include: better lighting as the apartment was north facing and it was a bit dark; some maintenance not kept up with such as wobbly chairs and coffee table; sofa could be a bit more comfy. Nothing a deal breaker though. Very minor!

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The communication of the hotel with all the needed information was proactive from the side of the hotel and quite easy.

The area the hotel is located is the popular area because of thermal waters, local zoo and bowling and seemingly quite a number of other entertainment possibilities, which normally would mean that there are plenty of options where to eat, which is barely the case. There were number of small restaurants & cafes in the walking distance, but of the very questionable quality. In the morning when we tried to find a decent breakfast we had to drive to couple of places quite afar from the hotel and even that did not help that much. So booking of the breakfast at the hotel could be advisable, but I cannot say anything of the quality of what they offer.

Nice house in a wooded area. We stayed just for one night so we did not make use of the many attractions nearby. I appreciated how you could heat up the rooms (especially the bathroom) quite quickly.

A bit confused initially because there are two houses. I should have paid more attention to the message received from the property but it was only in French. Since it's a wooden house it can ge ta bit creaky and noisy, but fortunately we had good neighbours.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

We have arrived in the evening and left in the morning, so I wouldn't dare to comment on the hotel neighborhood. The hotel room itself was very comfortable, spacious, log-alike house lovers will be excited :-) Beds comfortable, trees all around the building made to lookout from balcony simply great. Well equipped kitchen.

Poor wifi, most likely because the AP in our room was dead and we were hooked on one more far from us. The staircase and hallway were a bit smelly, but the smell didn't make it to the room, so OK.

Clean, big apartment. Good beds. Very helpful staff. Beautiful hotel, charming and close to many activities in Amneville. We loved our stay.

No airco and despite only 20 degrees outside, it was very warm in the room. Chairs were falling apart. Next to that: no complaints!
