It’s a nicely renovated old property in a lovely remote and quiet area. There’s parking in the facilities and the food of the restaurant was quite good. Prices are very reasonable too.

I booked a “deluxe” room, which the photos in their Booking profile described as a beautiful duplex with stylish decoration, a terrace with views, and wood ceilings but instead they gave me a rather ugly depressing room which had NOTHING to do with the photos they lured me to book with. We talked to the staff about it and they gave us a better room. Still not quite what the photos showed but at least it had a terrace and it was better.

The man in the reception helped us a lot, carrying the bags to the room, let us have an access to the kitchen for hot water and the refrigerator Nicely decorated room , very clean and spacious We were lucky to have a promotional price for our one night stay

Not easy access, far from the main road Low facilities ( no coffee maker or electric kettle in the room )

The whole experience was wonderful. The staff was amazing, the food was very good & the views are stunning.

Be careful taking showers - water can get everywhere outside of the tub/shower if you are not careful.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, nestled in a breathtaking mountain setting. The peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect retreat. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always attentive, and provided us with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable.The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious food, and the cozy lobby, complete with a fireplace, provided the perfect spot to relax with snacks and drinks from the bar.We booked a superior room and were pleasantly surprised to find it included a private jacuzzi and two balconies offering stunning mountain views—an absolute highlight of our stay.Another great advantage was the free parking near the hotel. Plus, the location is ideal for ski lovers, with Grandvalira - one of the best ski resorts - just a 50-minute drive away.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious mountain getaway!

The hotel was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. It was warm, (we arrived in early February) The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant and breakfast the following morning, which were both excellent and very reasonably priced. Our dog was welcome in the room and the restaurant. The views are fantastic. We would highly recommend

What we liked the most was the location - it’s in the tiny village in middle of nowhere, lost in the mountains and beautiful fields. The design of the hotel and the room was cute.

The prices for the breakfast were higher than we expected. The breakfast was very tasty! It didn’t have many options to choose from, though.

The hotel is located in a town on top of a mountain very far away from everything . Very isolated . The food was really bad in the restaurant and expensive. Not going back . Is better to stay in La Seu de Urgell is a lovely town .

Beautifully located high in the hills, a lovely hotel with superb staff and wonderful Catalan food and wines. Excellent views all round very tranquil. Free parking and good aircon.

The plunge pool was unfortunately out of action.

The staff were very nice and the room was clean! The place was well maintained too with lots of thoughtful details for the guests ?

The towels were moved so we weren't sure which one is which but not too much of a problem.

We stayed 2 nights - it was great ! - the location is beautiful on the top of the mountain, very calm and peaceful - the staff is amazing and friendly , they check in a few hours before without any additional charge - that was really great - the food is great ! Breakfast is reach and great - rooms are clean and spacious with beautiful views - it felt perfect to be with a dog , we could be everywhere- in restaurant or bar - all parts of the hotel are pet friendly - kitchen / bar was working all the time you can eat / snack any time of the day - a lot of hiking trails around- great location to observe stars in the night

- there is nothing around , it is good and bad because you can’t buy water for example, at the property it was quite expensive.

Beautiful small hotel with great friendly staff and excellent local food ,after 6 days travelling through France its so nice to have some healthy delicious home cooking that not cheese and ham based !Best hotel and restaurant so far on our trip around Europe

The hotel is located on the top of a mountain with the most incredible views. There is so much personality in this place, all the food is from the surroundings and the people working there really care for you.

Tough to park there if you have a bigger car

We stayed with our 8 month old child who slept in our travel cot. Location is exceptional, the drive up the mountain is beautiful. The little town is very charming, the hosts are very kind and accommodating. We had a delicious a la carte dinner in the hotel restaurant, fairly priced (€55 for shared starter, 2 mains and 5 drinks). Internet worked well, the pool was too cold for our liking but the deck has a very nice view, as did our spacious room. Parking is available on site, however the last 50m to the hotel are quite narrow and a little daunting.

The AC was not working, we even changed rooms but the AC did not work there either. Very unfortunate because it was a really hot day/night, we slept with the windows and the door to the hallway open, but I didn't get much sleep till 4AM when it finally cooled down. Unfortunate, because it tainted an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Beautiful room with amazing views across the valley. Good quality linen & bed.Innovative & tasty food, showcasing local produce. A great fund.
