Swag Motel

Staff were lovely and the rooms were basic but comfortable.

There was no hot water the entire stay, in all 3 rooms we booked. There was no air conditioning in one room, another had no remote for air conditioning and the tv remotes didn’t work. There was a lot of dust and mouse faeces on the window sills. Screens off the window laying on the ground.

Convenient location

Mouldy shower. Uncomfortable bed. Supplied with one towel, one cup, one glass for 2 people. Aircon needs servicing, very noisy.

Close to shops

Booked for a room for 3 adults but was given room for 2 adults and had to book additional room. Bed was not comfortable and room not clean.

Location was great. Staff at checking were very friendly

So so dirty. The shower had mold in it. The walls had dirty marks all up them and beside the toilet was filthy.

Martin the manager is very helpful and always friendly and willing to help with any concerns you might have.Dinner was always delivered to the room promptly and the food is fantastic.

My air-conditioning system didn't work. The bed was not made when i arrived, It only had a bottom sheet. I had to place the top sheet on. Then i had to find blankets to make the bed up with in the cupboard. These were stained. The floor was not vacuumed and mopped. Dust everywhere.

Towels for two. Clearly this motel is used to catering for single travellers.

The rooms weren’t very clean at all. Had to make up the bed and no doona just a thin blanket.

The location was good and close to shops and restaurants

Where should I start. The shower was duscusting and room and all equipment was dirty and the walls. Bed was not even made up when we arrived. I had to make the bed up myself. the aircon was dusty. The room light didn't even work. The list can go on. The place is not value for the money. They ask for a room and not even talk about their food. I won't go back

This room was maybe worth $50. Not $150 . Would not recommend it to anyone or stay again.

Shower was very very mouldy.We didn’t get the room we booked. tv remote did not work so no way to change channel or adjust volume ( was really low)Only 1 cup, 1 glass.Bed seemed smaller than queen size. Top bed sheet was just folded on top of bed , so we had to make it ourselves. Mattress was sagging in middle.No complimentary milk for tea…or biscuits or water Fridge needed a defrost Aircon filter was dirty Was mouldy wall below the bench.Room had 2 dining chairs. Not even 1 lounge chairs

The check in was easy and the staff nice.

The room was unclean. The shower was moldy, there was a dirty towel hanging on the towel rack. The spoon in the room was also sticky.

The Service and reception was great

The room was dirty and doesn’t look like much effort is put into cleaning it. There was dust everywhere and a lot of dirt in the corners, on the bag bench, the cup was dirty and the kettle was dusty, the shower has alot of mould. Tv remote didn’t have batteries until we found them under the bed and it was dirty under there also. There was no blanket on the bed either. Just a bottom sheet.

The man at reception was very helpful. He left my key card at the door so I could go straight into the room when I arrived & dropped by later with my invoice and to see if I needed extra towels.

The room was basic. It had a fridge and microwave but no kitchenette area, sink, cutlery or crockery other than two mugs and a kettle. Somethings weren’t very clean and there was only a sheet on the bed. After a long drive you a clean. basically equipped room to rest for the night.

Dinner was good, the restaurant seems clean under the dim lights.

Rooms were dirty & hot. 1 towel for 2 people.. lucky I brought my own.
