Cooroy Luxury Motel Apartments

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. Very comfortable for our stay. Clean and easy parking. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing to do with the room but was a little far away from what we had planned to do while there. So there was a bit of back and forth but the cleanliness and quality of the room made it not a problem.

Clean & spacious

The lock didn’t seem secure on front door

Room was very spacious, comfy and clean. Location is excellent

Bright. Clean and tidy, air conditioned, relaxing

More a me issue, I would like skim milk to be available

Cleanliness, position and quality of service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cooroy Luxury Motel Apartments, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for exploring the local area. The motel was not staffed as it was Easter weekend but were lovely on the phone.

Location was very central with cafe and shopping within walking distance.

I would suggest you advise guests about the steep flight of steps to first floor. Could be an issue for older guests and young children.

Fresh ,clean, everything set up for convenience.Water pressure was amazing. The apartment was as new.

Nothing.Everything was perfect from start to finish.Booking easy.Communication was great, with reminders and updates.

It was clean, friendly and close to where I needed to be.

Pillows could have been better and the couch was a little hard and uncomfortable to sit on but that was small in comparison to a very comfortable room.

The room was great and it was in a good location

The foxtel didn’t work in the room but that’s ok we spent the entire time playing games and chatting instead

I am an interstate traveller and the location was convenient to my parents care home.

Noise. I was unable to sleep in either of the beds in Unit 11 on the first night due to the noise from the restuarant/brewery next door. There are windows in both rooms that face onto the refridgertion units. The manager of the brewery told me they were "cold crashing" the beer but it doesn't happen that often. They do have 14 beers on tap .... I had to drag the mattress off the single bed and move it towards the main door and carpark to get away from the noise. It was much improved on the second night. I contacted the owner/s via text message (I didn't see them onsite) and suggested they look into laminated glass windows to counter the noise, but did not hear back after a week.

Very nice staff, property in great condition, easy to book

The room was spacious with a pleasant terrace. A good restaurant next door. Easy access to the village.

Very clean, really spacious, very friendly staff, thank you!

Was very clean

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. They need to buy new mattresses. We both didn’t sleep our backs were aching & woke up with pain. Never stay there again.

Spotless, spacious, comfortable, quiet, easy checkin, good value. Close to good coffee and restaurant at the bowls club.

Self contained, One bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Lovely large balcony.

Personal view. The mattress needs replacing.

Clean apartments

Bathroom, I get that it is for disabled people but it can be nicer. Would be good to have a bathroom fan also.Kitchen cutlery was absolute bare minimum which was annoying to work with.

Location, spacious, clean and comfortable

Perfect location for me as I travel to Cooroy on the greyhound bus which stops just around the corner. It’s close to the bowling club and a short walk into the town.

I couldn’t leave the patio doors open because the birds and flies etc kept coming in. Fly screens would be perfect.
