Bathrooms and bedrooms - outdated, didn’t match photos in the property listing. Unit 8 isn’t renovated like the other units/photos. In need of renovation and plumbing, drainage issues.Bed - double size, not queen size and not comfortable - must be old.Amenities - no bins for bathrooms, have to pay for pool / beach towels, only provided soap bars, one tea towel for duration of stay, limited dishwashing liquid. Basics were limited and insufficient - felt like we are at a cheap caravan park. AC - no AC in bedrooms, only fansBedrooms - no block out blinds, light comes through at sunrise

Great location.

There was no air conditions in the bedrooms. That would be ok if the fans were decent, but they weren’t and the blinds weren’t made of metal, which absorbed and conducted heat into the rooms. Great place to stay in winter.

Gypie Terrance was very noisy if you had veranda door open

The apartment is spacious and clean. Easy and fast checkin/out. Walk distance to river and restaurant/ supermarket. Few minutes drive to main beach where is too crowded to find a parking spot during long weekend. Luckily we found lots of water activities just on the opposite side of apartment.

We stay there 3 nights but only have one spare rubbish bag, a small packet of dishwashing powder and laundry powder. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Location was good. Rooms were spacious. View was nice

Too many stairs to go up, it was very tiring. There was no AC in the bedrooms. The kitchen tools were very old and not in a good condition.

Freshly renovated unit, with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic location with lots of cafes and restaurants in short walking distance.

Spacious, clean and excellent location surrounded by restaurants and great access to the river and all river sports.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Apartment was wonderful, decor was lovely, beds comfortable, everything was clean and well equiped. Great views of river (directly across the road) from balcony and everything was within walking distance restaurants, shops, massages etc. absolutely loved it will definitely book again.

Excellent location, nice clean and well maintained.

Bedrooms were not air-conditioned and the AC didn't reach that far. I would be stifling in a hot summer.

Pillows were very hard

The beds were very hard, which did impact on the quality of our sleep.

Noisy stairwell, other visitors. Not sure how you fix that.

Too noisy with people above us and kids running around the corridor and people slamming their doors early in the morning and late at night! Our room was directly above the pool and it wasnt pleasant.

Apartment 26 was beautifully newly renovated and modern. Great view of the river.. The pool was great. Basement parking was great with the rain during the stay. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Short walk to supermarket. Just needs a sandwich press.

The water pressure could be dialled down a bit. Its very high.
