Ready for a little reno

Everything. The apartment was a roomy, brilliantly-designed, apartment on two levels with excellent outdoor areas including a balcony at our bedroom level. The gardens and pool areas are terrific, as too is the location - perfect for local shopping, restaurants and bus services. You will not find more helpful and friendly staff anywhere.

Our short holiday was too short. Our stay was perfect, and we'd love to have stayed longer.

Location is great.

The apartment had sewer smell around toilet area. There were no ACs in the bedroom , two fans hanging from low ceiling, we were worried about inadvertently raise hand and got hit by the fans. It was a two bedroom apartment across two stories, only one trash can, very inconvenient. It was nice to have washer and dryer, but the dryer was installed so high up and out of reach for me. Also we booked for two bedrooms, but they locked up the second bedroom and we had to spend almost 40 minutes to have someone open the door for us. It turned out the property manager was right next door to our apartment and she blamed cleaning lady for not unlocking the secondary bedroom. Such a basic mistake in hospitality business.

The Sauna was out of order during our whole stay which was a shame as this is how we found the property and really wanted to use the sauna in this weather

Big apartment with lots of room. Great having laundry facilities. The pool was great for the kids and so good that it was heated.

We didn't think our apartment looked anything like the photos. We were disappointed in it and were expecting a much newer/renovated one. The cleaning wasn't up to our standard (Sticky floors, dust and hair present) overall felt dirty.

Stunning apartment that far exceeded our expectations. Great beds, beautiful showers and very spacious with beautiful Hampton style. PERFECT location if you are staying for the annual Noosa Running Festival as it was 1.3km walk to start line. Great coffee/cafe/bottle shop right across road from the resort. Reception was lovely and personable.

Fairly noisy at night with others in and around resort but it was a high tourist weekend with the marathon on so perhaps just joyful revelers celebrating their event.

One bathroom

The two bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious. We only stayed for a weekend, but we could have easily stayed for longer.

The shower and bathroom were dated and old. Everything was functional though.

However, the most disappointing aspect was being informed at reception that both pool and bathroom towels incur an additional charge of $5 each. In over two decades of travel, I have never encountered a policy like this. It reflects poorly on the overall value and guest experience. We will not be returning to this accommodation.

The pool area was great and lived that the pool was heated. Very large apartment. Beds were comfy and pillows awesome.

We enjoyed what the Sun Lagoon offered as far as the facilities available and the location. The apartment itself was a good size but there needed to be a bit more attention given to some small things e.g. the lounge suite upholstery was in need of a clean, the patio needed cleaning, the hall light outside the bedrooms wasn't working, the main bedroom fan was making odd noises suggesting it could do with some attention. These things in themselves did not diminish the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Great location and view of the river from the room. Clean and modern room and lovely pool. Staff were extremely friendly.

Paddle boards being unavailable on Sunday was the only negative

Great pool and sauna and the apartment was quite large

1km out of main town, which does seem too bad? But we had to drive in every time we wanted to do something and parking is shocking
