Location - beach front

Bed was not a king bed but larger then a queen

Accomodation was just perfect. The room was very well cleaned and felt care for and looked after. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. With having a clogged shower and noisy toilet that kept running water, it was fixed immediately after reporting. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful trip to Noosa.

If I had to be picky, because there isn’t anything big, I’d say that it would have to be having a coffee machine in the room with no pods.

Although it said beachfront apartment, there is minimal views to the ocean due to the trees and bushes between hotel and beach Other Noosa beachfront hotels towards the middle of Hastings street actually have “beachfront” views

Wardrobe door in main bedroom was jammed. Very difficult to use. Toaster missing in kitchen appliances.

For a 7 night stay we expected a few more provisions like tissues and more than 2 coffee machine pods & 2 dishwasher sachets for a family of 4

There was sufficient space.

There is a nespresso machine but there are no pods, for the rate we paid there could have at least been a pod for each of us for every day we stayed there.

The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The location was good with easy beach access and it was more quiet down that end of Hasting street.

I found for the price we paid the rooms were run down and need a refurb. Only having one bathroom and one toilet was difficult.Our TV wasnt working so we had to get a new one which they did pretty quickly and the door didnt close properly so we had to pull it shut and the kids would forget and we would come to an open apartment. The garbage trucks also come every morning at 6am which woke us up and was annoying.

Ok but not great value.

No coffee pods for machine. No tissues bedroom cramped no power point on one side of bed. Very noisy between units. No lifts.

Our apartment was dark, very outdated and tired..not like the pictures on booking.comOld furniture and stained rug. Marks on walls..bathroom door and grout marks/stains.Bedroom stuffy and cramped.When requested milk after day 3..was rudely questioned by mark..didn't we hv any..I said yes a half opened one in the fridge when we arrived andBroken glass in the sink.I have stayed on Hastings street several times and this was the most by far disappointing..overpriced for what was on offer and not to the description on the website. (I should have checked the reviews before booking)I was told several times no other accom on Hastings st offers coffee pods and toiletries. We set you up then you need to buy your own toilet paper and toiletries (I have NEVER NEVER HEARD OF SUCH NONSENSE!)..I didnt want to seem like i was nagging but felt for the money should be entitled to these basics, which Shannon kindly surrendered in the end. Not even salt in the kitchen, once again told to buy your own, when read reviews from 2022(after the fact) Mark had said could look into this..it is now 2024..it's the little things that make a difference, especially when you are paying at higher end, one should expect more.Absolute beachfront..yes but can't see the beach or ocean.. a little deception there.Pool was cold and spa was tepid..I look forward to this part of my stay but only used the spa once!Had to walk several flights of stairs to get to apartment..often dirty stairwell and noisy.Parking was very tight and stressful to navigateMark will probably counter his review as he has done with others, so I wish to inform everyone my final payment wasn't made, at this stage. I feel very upset and it spoilt my holiday not an apartment you want to spend time in, my regret is I didn't sort the problem at the start of the stay.Oh mid week clean (after 8 days which is ridiculous)was simply a change of sheets and towels, NO cleaning or Tea/ toiletries top...

Bed could be softer but still nice and big.

Found our room to be quite dated, bedroom was dark and cold. We didn’t use the balcony/ pool area as was shaded with no sun which was disappointing.

Amazing location north end of Hasting St. We had a pool level room with ocean view. It was just beautiful. Check in was amazing and very accommodating to help with my elderly mother by having our room ready a little earlier

The quieter end of Hastings Street & on the beach. Just beautiful.

The location and cleanliness

The shower leaked and there was water over the floor after we showered so we had to use our towels to mop it up. It is a slip hazard
