Everything was great,there was nothing I didn't like

Value for money, with all the requirements for a pleasant stay, would certainly recommend.

I won't stay there again

The property confirmed the booking for 4 adults and one 8 year old child. As it turned out, there was no bed for the child. I have asked the staff to sort it out. I asked for a cot or a mattress. I spoke to the person on the shift and a manager in the booking system. Both ignored the request. It was so disappointing....

The hosts were very helpful and lovely when the hotplate broke on the first day, and they arranged a temporary one so we could cook. The villa wasnt very clean and furniture including beds is old and uncomfortable. No air con in the second bedroom upstairs was also an issue. BBQ was old and dirty and hot plate didnt actually fit the BBQ.

The heated swimming pool was nice and the aircon worked well.

We paid for the more expensive villa but go the cheap one instead We went to the managers office on Friday and Saturday but couldn't find, anybody. I asked them on the app why we got the cheaper villa but they didn't even respond. We were 5 people but the second rooms double bed is so uncomfortable that my son and his wife went to sleep with my granddaughter on the other single bed on Saturday night. They also like to bath because my granddaughter doesn't like to shower and that is where we also realized we were booked in the wrong unit, because we specifically booked the luxury villa with a bathroom but there were 2 showers instead. We are really disappointed in the people who does the bookings and strongly feel they should reimburse us for the balance between the two units.

I loved the location of the place so close to the main beach could walk everywhere, I would say that they should have a sign or directions to the other pool because we couldn't find it and had to ask but other than that the place was perfect, clean and easy to get to.

Spacious 3 bed apartment each with AC and fans. It had fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, on site parking. Main Beach and Hasting Streets was only about 1km away. Fast wifi.

the curtains need a wash. they smell a bit which makes the rest of the apt smell and it’s not pleasant.

Floor needs thorough cleaning. Need better lock for the doors.

We had the quietest villa on Key Ct. We liked the central location.

I don’t know why more things like toilet paper and dishwasher tabs aren’t provided for the whole stay. We pay a daily rate.

Location was perfect. Very clean. Great size. Help when requested, even on Christmas Eve !

No air con in 2 bedrooms. There were fans though.

Friendly manager

This is for UNIT 1 LE COURT VILLA.Early Dec 2024Broken oven1.Only 1 AC for 3 bedrooms. NOT ENOUGH cooling for noosa SUMMER.2.The supplied pedestal fan is very poor quality and not put together properly. It doesn't push cool air to other rooms. Well, there is not enough cool air for 1 room to start with.3.Both AC are riddled with black mould, causing allergy reactions.4.Oven did not work. Supplied a bench top the last night before we checked out.5.NO hot water for 1 day.6Many lights were out.We have to move the dining table to have a better light.7.Dirty floor and sandy beds.8.Had to wait 24 hours for wifi.9.It is very unpleasant having strangers coming in and out the Villa to try to fix the problems over the duration of the stay.10.The owner refuses to give a discount to compensate for all the inconvenience 11.Make sure you ask if those problems are resolved before booking this unit.I feel bad for the manager who has to get all the complaints because the owner doesn't want to spend the money to fix the issues.

Oven never was fixed, some upstairs blinds and the stand up fan were broken

Very dated, needs a good clean and paint to freshen it up, lots of paint of walls. Beds very uncomfortable

The location and the layout

A lot of the crockery was not clean when we arrived. The fridge had cracks in the draws. There was very limited cloths and rags to clean stuff up. Limited chopping boards and other appliances. The wifi didn’t work inside the apartment, only worked outside.

The location was excellent with a flat 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.The apartment is spacious and well appointed.

The WI-FI instructions in the apartment were inaccurate and in spite of phone calls and texts for correct information we had to wait until the following morning to access WI-FI. The apartment is not an attractive situation to spend the day but with so many gorgeous places nearby we didn’t intend to stay in.
