We booked a pool view townhouse, our townhouse needed upgrading , when we saw the comparable townhouses across from us were furnished much better.Lounge was grubby and needed cleaning or upgrading.Bathroom had sewer smell coming from toilet on and off, we bought Glen20 and that helped.We did report it to reception.Flyscreen in bathroom was full of dust and definitely needed cleaning!You couldn’t miss it!Next visit I would make sure I booked the opposite side to where we were!Those townhouse get the morning sun, to sit and eat breakfast.

Nice cottage, but equipment a bit old.

Bed a bit small for two.

Great facilities and location. Close to shops and walking distance from restaurants and bars. Kids loved swimming in the pool everyday. Property has everything you need and lots of space. Has aircon and fans in the rooms.

It was convenient to have a car space just nearby the room. Carolyn was lovely and was kind enough to let us know our room was ready early as we were travelling with my brothers family. Very family friendly area and enjoyed the pickle ball court. Pools were nice for the kids to utilise. Kitchen was well organised with all that we needed.

Would have preferred an ensuite since there were 4 people but we managed.

Awesome little holiday resort, we only stayed one night but I would have loved to stay longer. Rooms were awesome, comfortable and clean, kitchen had plenty of prep space and storage. Great facilities, right by the pool which had a spa and BBQ area which was kept clean. Location wise, resort was within easy drive to everything.

It was our 3rd star and the last. The location is very convenient, close to the shops, river walk and to the main beach, but we had more negative effects of our stay this time.

Our kids slept in another bedroom and were bitten by some ticks, might be bed ticks or something else, but they had more itchy small red marks on their body and legs after every night sleep. Our daughter was scared to go to bed in the middle of our stay as she had all tummy bitten. We complained to the manager and received the response that no one had complained. We asked for a change of bed linen just to do something though it didn’t help at all. We were not offered anything else what could help. The toilet was leaking from the 1st day of our stay and there was a bad smell in the bathroom that you even couldn’t brush your teeth. We had to wipe the pool on the floor. Luckily the manager of the resorts called the plumber very quickly, which was nice, but the toilet continued leaking. So the plumber had to come again the next day and we couldn’t use our toilet. We were asked to use a public bathroom near the pool. There was black mould everywhere on the curtains in the lounge room and bedrooms, it was on the other side of the curtains, close to the windows, but you could see in on a sunny day. There were ants in the kitchen, in the cupboards and we were told that there were rainy days and the ants were everywhere, when we complained to the manager. It was nice to offer us a bug spray to use ourselves and a piece of advice to keep all the food in the fridge, but we still could see them. We were given extra set of clean towels, which is nice but has nothing to do with the ants. The frying pans are old and can’t be used. We were lucky to bring our own. All other kitchen utensils are fine.

Such a great location, walking distance to Hastings street. Felt so peaceful and quiet. Kids pool was a hit. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back again!

Had a relaxing dip in the pool and hot tub. And the pick up for the eco safari is the bus stop at park-5 min walk. 5 min drive to town and noosa trails.

This isn’t a like or dislike- just something to note: AC is outside the bedrooms- needed to keep doors open to get air in. Bathroom had slight smell. No (reasonably) walkable coffee shop or cafe in morning.

The location was close to beaches, restaurants & grocery stores with spacious apartments.

Great location with plenty of room for 2 adults & 2 kids. The wading pool was perfect for toddlers also! Carolyn was very helpful and responsive :)

The accommodation was perfect, just like the photos—spacious and well-equipped, conveniently located near Noosaville and Noosa Heads. The staff was also very kind. We can only recommend it!

The clothes drying rack could be replaced as it is broken and damaged, but this did not affect our stay at all, especially since there is a dryer (it’s just for delicate clothing)!!

We love the quiet location with close proximity to the beach. The size of the apartment is generous making it a very comfortable choice for more than just a few days.

It would be nice to have a few umbrellas around the pool as the sun can be harsh in the middle of the day and there is no shade.
