It catered for all our needs, close to the action without being too close

The pool and location were fantastic. Shuttle buss to the junction, and main beach area were amazing.

The king bed was comfortable, the live music in evening was excellent, the room as requested was quiet and private, we look forward to returning.

The pool was very busy and it was hard to find a lounge chair.

The apartment was spacious and very neat. The entire resort was very kid friendly. Hair braiding was organized for girls that my little girl loved. There is also a tennis court on the property and racquets and balls were provided. Kids loved their time in the pool. We loved the food and the vibe of the resort was great.

Not just this property but like many other properties the check out time is 10am. It would be great to have checkout be at 11am so it gives us late sleepers enough time in the morning to get out.

Great pool and Tennis courts - we enjoyed the lovely buffet breakfast. Shuttle bus to Noosa was great too!

The resort facilities are fantastic, with a great pool, an awesome kids' games room, and the restaurant serves good food, especially the pizzas. Additionally, the free bus to Noosa is a real winner, easy to catch, and convenient to get picked up.

Would have been great if the balcony of the top had some furniture.

Beautiful trip for our family! Location is great and the on site bus into Hastings street was amazing! Clean, had plenty of space for our family and grandparents in the three bedroom apartment, games room and pool were a hit with the kids. Hands down the most amazing breakfast I’ve had in a LONG time. Would love to stay again!

How spacious it was! The tranquil setting in nature, the best buffet breakfast we have had, the shuttle into Hastings St and the tennis:basketball court and games room were perfect for kids of all ages.

This place is perfect for families with young children. A range a swimming pools on offer complete with waterslides, paddle pool, a sand pool as well as an indoor games room with a range of arcade games you can play for free. Landscaping is lovely and room service quick. You can walk up to Noosa Junction or take the shuttle bus to either Noosa Junction or Hastings Street which leaves every 30 minutes from reception. Breakfast buffet is average, although there were so many amazing dining options around Noosa that we often went out to eat. I also noticed people using BBQs at their apartments which appeared to be on offer from the hotel.

We loved that everything was at our doorstep. The place was big an spacious - enough for three teens to have their own space, but connected enough with the spa and family and dining rooms to spend quality time together. We loved the added touch of having a bbq on deck.

There could have been more tea and starter coffee for the machines and a bit more washing powder.

Room, pool and reception, all great for family holiday together.

Modern, well appointed room. Basement parking was fantastic, roof top spa awesome and clean. Would highly recommend the Villas again to other families.

Dazza's bar didn't have enough relaxing areas for larger groups.

Information about EV chargers on website was misleading, one member of staff was quite arrogant/rude.

Fantastic resort. The facilities were excellent and the staff were great and super friendly. The restaurant and bar served fantastic food and drinks at a really great price.i would happily recommend this resort.

It is a place where you can stay. Breakfast wasn’t bad except for the hoards fighting over it.

The pool was probably over crowded and not in a good state. Yeah not doing that again.

Amazing resort with excellent pool facilities. Loved the kids pool and ability to order food and drinks around the pool. The resort is super clean and rooms are great. Loved the room servicing every day. Restaurant food was ok, not amazing but fine. Great feel and vibe to the resort. 100% stay again.

Kids pool was closed for one day during our stay. Not a major issue but just a tad annoying. Other pools were still open though.

The hotel staff provided excellent and warm service. My low rating is unrelated to the hotel staff.

We chose a standard one-bedroom unit. Although it was a promotional rate, it still cost over $350 per night. Frankly, at this price and during a non-peak period, we could have stayed at a much better hotel elsewhere. The RACV resort and hotel chain has always left me with a good impression, but I have no idea why the Noosa RACV feels so basic—it doesn't give off a five-star resort vibe at all.1. The one-bedroom unit we booked was actually just a bedroom plus a media room. Essentially, it’s a three- or four-bedroom house where one bedroom and the media room are sectioned off and sold separately to guests. As a result, there’s an extra door in the hallway, and soundproofing is terrible—you can clearly hear your neighbors watching TV or having dinner. I’m not saying it’s wrong to split a house into smaller rental units, but this setup fundamentally lacks the standards of a five-star resort. Moreover, given that the nightly rate isn’t cheap and is comparable to other five-star hotels, this setup is simply not up to par.2. The resort’s location is inconvenient, and the facilities are extremely basic. Since they claim to be a five-star resort, guests naturally have high expectations for a proper vacation experience. However, the entire RACV resort feels more like a slightly upscale townhouse or a low-rise apartment complex. Outdoor facilities include only a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a single tennis court—nothing else. Indoor facilities consist of just a small game room and a gym. If this were a three- or four-star resort with a lower price point, I would find it acceptable. But it’s obvious that this place does not live up to five-star standards. Additionally, getting to Noosa’s beaches or attractions requires driving, making it very inconvenient. The resort lacks both extensive facilities and easy access to nearby sights, leaving its positioning unclear.3. The view from the balcony is terrible—just a green swamp, trees, and overgrown weeds.
