- Clean modern and the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower bathroom were very good quality
- The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping was friendly and very helpful. I complimented the food service workers in person. Everything was neat and kept very clean and the waffles were delicious ! I?ll return again.
- The desk staff were AMAZING! The hotel smelled amazing and welcoming and the hand soap smelled great. Exceeded my expectations.

- One of the bed comforters had spots on it.
- Our check-out agent was slow, inefficient and unprofessional. The coffee bar was more than 15 minutes late opening. He worked very slowly. He was not able to give me a final receipt at check-out. Too much time on phone and away from the front desk.
