Breakfast was mediocre, staff was not friendly/personable

"Continental" breakfast was a joke. No meats, no fresh fruits. Oatmeal and eggs were not good. No ice bucket in room, not enough towels, carpet was dirty,

Location and price

A/C ran non-stop. Then it stopped working. I reported to the main desk. Upon returning hours later, I had to call again. The shower door & the bathroom door were very difficult to close. The phone in the room did not work.

Facilities are nice enough. Breakfast was good.

Most of the staff is terrible. They are more interested in their cell phones. If you can get them to take their earbuds out and tell their friends to hang on you may get some help. You will still get a dirty look but they may answer your question.

The rooms were great

Check in process was instantly clear as counter girl could not find our reservation at first?? it wasn't clear that it was already prepaid. Manager had to be brought in. Perhaps training issues?

The morning staff and how clean it was.

The night staff needs manners and the ability to service customers who drive half the night to be insulted upon arrival.

Clean modern and the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower bathroom were very good quality

The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping was friendly and very helpful. I complimented the food service workers in person. Everything was neat and kept very clean and the waffles were delicious ! I?ll return again.

The desk staff were AMAZING! The hotel smelled amazing and welcoming and the hand soap smelled great. Exceeded my expectations.

One of the bed comforters had spots on it.

cleanliness and location

Our check-out agent was slow, inefficient and unprofessional. The coffee bar was more than 15 minutes late opening. He worked very slowly. He was not able to give me a final receipt at check-out. Too much time on phone and away from the front desk.

We have stayed there an average of twice a year and were always completely satisfied. This fall the hotel was just not as polished and the Breakfast was sparse and even that was not fully stocked.

Location was great, clean and comfortable room. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location in reference to the affair we were attending

We were charged 15.90 for parking. Seems ludicrous to charge the customer for parking their own car.

This hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Very convenient to everything. Staff was very polite and helpful, from the lady at the front desk to the cleaning staff. Continental breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It¿s the perfect location for my visit and for work. The staff is always on point. The breakfast is decent and free parking.
