- The staff here is great.

- The cleanliness, maintenance and staff was definitely worth the stay.
Cons -
- They do not let ubers come to the hotel. You have to get a cab and it ends up being about double the cost. Also the food is good but at certain places, such as poolside restaurant you end up paying a lot for very mediocore food.
- They try to set you up for a time share sales pitch before you even reach your room. The food and drink look nice but for the pricing I expected spectacular and it was just okay. On site essential store item prices are gouging. $55 for a can of sunscreen.
- Terrible, location is awful- huge ugly desert with constructions everywhere, you cant get in the water. The front desk staff and concierge are the worse took 3 hours to get our bags , inefficient and extremely overpriced (double triple of other nobus).

The architecture is beautiful and the rooms are large. Everything else was terrible. Starting from the pushy sales people trying to get you to spend hours with them for their sales presentation on their new construction. Calling your room at 8 am.
