The staff are approachable, great customer service and smiling.

There is no shower rug, me and my friends almost slip. The hair conditioner pump is broken. The room is so warm and doesn't have anything to adjust.

Amenities were very good, excellent breakfast. My room was upgraded as their system hadn't actually transferred all the info from booking.com, and we had to wait a little longer.

The room was so hot because no air conditioner. They did not fix it. They provided a little fun which did not blow much.

despite two us, there was only one towel and napkin in room. We asked but got none.

There's nothing i like.

The room is very hot. There is no possible to stay with a hot room. It' s like 60 degrees no aircon and no refrigarator.

I was delighted with the interaction with the reception staff (Naser and Aleksandra). They were very friendly, professional, and exceptionally helpful. Naser is a 100/10 employee. He provided me with great support and showed great initiative in meeting my needs when making reservations and resolving issues during my stay.

It was very close to the gallery so it was easy to get food and also the bus stand is very close. There was a supermarket right in front of the hotel which was very convenient.

It was extremely hot and they had really small table fans. It was not even enough to cover two people. Extremely bad. They didn’t have any other alternative. The place was extremely hot. They had no solution to offer.Most of the people had their room doors open so that the AC in the hallway could come into the room and this made the hotel corridors quite loud. If I had known that it was so dumb, I would’ve never booked this hotel at least they should’ve had some central cooling. At least a stand fan would have helped. They had extremely cheap small fans that were old and broken and had no air coming from them. I wish I took pictures to show. The hotel itself is quite old and not at all up to standard. I was on the fifth floor and left the room windows open the whole night. It opened to the highway so it could be quite noisy as well.Breakfast was decent. Small spread but had everything that’s staple on a Swedish breakfast.

This was a nice stay for us on the outskirts of Stockholm, conveniently located near the train station into the city. Our apartment was clean, neat with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was free parking in front of the hotel but we chose a reasonably priced secure parking for our motorcycle a short walk away. There was a shopping mall across the street and a nice cafe in the lobby. There was game space for children and adults down stairs along with a gym and laundry facilities. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this stay to our traveling friends.

Location was good, easy access to a good shopping center. Great access to public transit including metro. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a lot to choose from at breakfast even though the scrambled eggs were way undercooked for my liking.

Having a mini fridge in room would have made all the difference. I tried to compensate with a bucket of Ice but even that was complecated. Staff had to borrow a large serving bowl from the kitchen, whicih is also apperantly the only place to get Ice. So I ended up having to go to a nearby grocerystore to buy a bag of ice from them every day.

It was great location. Less than five minutes walk to Metro station to get to anywhere. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel which has food court with diverse food varieties. Hotel is quite nice and comfortable. Have many facilities in the property. Staff is really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone.

Breakfast was good, it was nice they had a pool table and some activity games in the lobby and the staff was very friendly.

The beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in! Will not sleep there again, had to take pain relief. No mini fridge in room, no coffee/tea kettle or station in room. Very loud music at like 4 to 5 am from outside the Kista Galleria that seemed to stay on all day and night and early morning keeping you awake. Parking was not available or full up ( they did offer nearby suggestion which was fine). Bathroom was clean, but not the air vents had clumps of dust and the hand soap placememt made for a messy bathroom. After hours food and beverage station kiosk was not well stocked and had limited choices ( but there is a grocery and mall very close by.) Also while kind about it, were not able to change reservation or extend it when using booking.com. wanted us to wait until check out to extend, but being so uncomfortable in the beds, we opted to move locations and book direct for the 2 extra days.
