Location good and breakfast nice

The faucet of the shower was jammed/stuck The doorknob of the bathroom squeaked

Easy and good wifi, very good breakfast, spacious room, location great. Parking available under roof.

Bed sagged in middle, mattress needs replacement.

The hotel is located city central. Breakfast is expensive but good (options for vegetarians could be better). The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

If you have a room on the street side it will be a little noisy with people walking on the street. The hotel room is noisy as you hear sounds from other rooms and people walking. it is difficult to understand how the heating /airco works, so cooling your room in the evening is difficult. Also there is no space for your clothes if you have a 1-person room. Een gym zou ook fijn zijn.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and love it. The decor is beautiful, the staff are all lovely and welcoming and it is very convenient for the city.

We discovered that the room we were in wasn’t sound proofed against the sound of the tv in the next room. We went to bed at 11pm and the neighbour turned his tv louder and louder. I asked him to turn it down which he did fortunately but I wonder if there could be a sign letting people know their tv sound can impact on the next door neighbours.

Very friendly and helpful staff . Great location in the centre of the old city . Fresh flowers throughout the hotel . Very good breakfast . Lovely view of the cathedral in the snow.

Staff were friendly.

The bed, the mattress wasn't comfortable and kept moving. Partner fell out the bed due to the mattress moving in the night.

The bed was not comfortable at all, it was a very hard mattress and it felt like the mattress wasn’t a straight surface.

Room and bed were good, Breakfast was great, Staff was wonderful, Location is awesome.

Bathroom, especially the shower was awful. The entire bathroom floor flooded every time we took a shower, even if it was a short shower. The leveling is off. The first day we didn't have any trashcan in our room and most hotels have at least one trash can in the room and one in the bathroom. We only ended up getting one in the room. Limited amount of tv channels.

Disappointed with staff, mistakes at checkin caused confusion and wasted a lot of time. Insisted on extra payment despite hotel mistake.

Superior breakfast, best in 3 weeks of traveling so far. Great location and excellent room. Bathroom and shower exceptional, huge comfortable bed.

Whilst it did not impact my personal rating, others in my family group (3 bookings) encountered issues with booking administration which the hotel admitted was their error. The resolution of the issue was convoluted and upsetting for those involved.

Fabulous hotel, perfect location in the middle of the city center with its own underground carpark. Lovely rooms. Very clean. And of a high standard. Wide selection at breakfast. Good coffee. :) Cosy bar. And compliments to the staff. Very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a superb location right in the centre of Den Bosch near the cathedral.The staff were excellent- friendly, courteous and very helpful. The breakfast room and breakfast were lovely.

The only thing I didn’t like was my personal room. The rest of the hotel is beautiful. However as it was my room, this has coloured my review. My room, 331, was tiny, had no wardrobe or hanging space and was very cramped. The bathroom also had an unpleasant ‘drains’ smell. This was unfortunate because everything else about the hotel was excellent.
