Pros +
- We loved the king size comfortable bed, the cleanl and spacious room.
- We did not have breakfast, but good coffee & tea were available at all tines.
- Perfect location both in town and for traveling accross the Netherlands.
Cons -
- Would like to have wine glasses Available
- One of the windows did not open. I would have liked it to open properly for better ventilation ( I know there was airco but I prefer fresh air flow).
- It is super to be in the middle of the bars and restaurants unless you are extremely sensitive to noise. I found the rooms super quiet despite their proximity to the restaurants and bars.

Location is top and the staff who are very helpful and make the check in and advise on the local places. Excellent walking area around with lot's of restaurants and places to see right in the heart of the city.
The staff is really the cutest ever. Very helpful. Place is nicely decorated, centrally located. Facilities are good but could use improvement here and there. Overall wonderful experience!
When the bar is open could be a big noisy until late hours, but closing the windows solves it.
We love this hotel and stay twice a year when we visit family. Clean, comfortable beds and rooms are good size. Coffee is very good.
location, sound-proof room, comfortable bed, coffee station in reception
the late check-in time. Plus the staff SAY they will allow earlier check-in on consultation but that's just BS. There was absolutely no effort to accommodate an earlier check-in for us when they knew we had been traveling since 3am. Supposedly they would send a message if/when the room was ready before 4pm. We never got a message. At 3:30pm we forced the issue a bit and turns out .... the room was ready. For how long? Who knows but it would have been nice if they actually, sincerely, had tried to get the room ready AND actually had advised us when it was ready. I thought the breakfast while OK was over-priced.
Great location, friendly staff, a nice bar and a good breakfast
Everything in the bedroom (furniture etc.) was very low to the ground
Staff are all very friendly Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, nice bathroom and lobby tea/coffee station was great. Liked the smart TV too
It was very noisy, you could hear everything between rooms
The hotel is in the heart of the bustling centre with tables outside which was lovely and we enjoyed exploring from there. It also has a parking place just a few minutes away which was very useful and allowed us freedom to the explore the city on foot. The rooms were lovely but there are a lot of stairs - fine for us but not for everyone maybe. The breakfast was good.
Location is in a lively part of town.
Refrigerator didn't work. There was no hot water. My room was a three floor walkup Dutch stairs. Wrong WiFi password is listed in the room. I had to go down to the bar to get the right password. They don't allow check-in until 4:00. My room was in the former attic and I would hit my head on low parts of the ceiling. The desk wasn't much bigger than my laptop.
Fantastic small hotel tin a great location. The owner is very nice and the property and rooms are very clean. I only had some problem with the WiFi but for me it was not an issue. Great restaurants and bars close by. Nothing was far away. A beautiful city.
Good fresh breakfast although would have liked to self serve juice/coffee
Not obvious to find from street level
Lovely boutique hotel in great location. Simple, comfortable, and a wonderful breakfast!!
Friendly staff,good location
Breakfast could've been better
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Haverkist in Den Bosch for two nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped by a sense of warmth and hospitality that can only come from a family-run establishment like this one. Every detail of my stay was thoughtful, and I couldn't have felt more at home. The nights were especially memorable—there was an undeniable energy in the air that made the entire experience come alive in ways I hadn't expected. It's rare to find a hotel where the atmosphere feels so personal and electrifying. The balance of comfort and excitement was just perfect, and it was clear that this is a place where passion for hospitality runs deep.Hotel Haverkist is a gem in every sense, and I can't recommend it highly enough. My gratitude to everyone who made my stay so special, creating such a vibrant and invigorating haven.
Good location right in the center.
Breakfast was mediocre and small.Empty shower shampoo..no soap for hands.
Clean, convenient, good breakfast. Excellent and friendly staff who can't do enough to help.
Location is great for the pub culture but for us, (50+) because it was in the centre of the pub street, it was far too noisy. I'd read this, so had good earplugs at the ready. The level of noise was louder than expected, even sleeping at the back of the hotel, we heard it. The room was very small and bathroom tiny, you had to make sure not to hit the toilet with the shower door.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were mega friendly and helpful.
Loved everything
Very central location above a cafe and it was mostly quiet.Room is a bit spartan but the bathroom was enormous with good shower. It was very hot during our stay so it was useful to have air-conditioning.
The entrance wasn't very clear, you actually have to go to the bar inside the cafe to find somebody who will check you in.There were supposed to be coffee facilities but somebody had forgotten to clean the machine and it wasn't working.
