    Pros +

    • Location and, eventually, the room we were given. But the room they tried to give us initially was dreadful and we protested loudly.
    • The breakfast was comprehensive and of good quality. The staff at reception were exemplary and went out of their way to respond to requests for assistance and guidance. The pool was well maintained and again, the pool attendants were attentive and always willing to assist with lounge placement and extra towels where needed. We wanted a relaxing holiday with access to both a decent sized pool and local restaurants and this is exactly what we achieved. There was an added bonus of beaches nearby.
    • Great location, beautiful pool, breakfast and parking included

    Cons -

    • It feels cheap and seasonal
    • This was an expensive stay per night compared to other places in Europe.
    • We booked a standard bedroom but were assigned a super tiny “room” that was clearly improvised - with 2 sofas as 2 single beds, no mini fridge, and nothing to do with booking's images. We immedialty went to the reception and complained about the room. However, only after 2 nights, was the staff able to move us to a proper standard room. The first 2 nights were really bad. The room didn’t match at all what we had booked and paid for. Regardless, we did not get any refund for these first nights.

Great location in the small but lovely town of Cannigione. We spent 3 nights here and it was the perfect place to enjoy both the amazing pool and then go off and visit surrounding beaches. Everything you need is in this town and very walkable.

The beds were a bit harder than we'd like but still comfortable. The hallways got a bit loud in the evening/morning, but not unbearable.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! What stood out the most was the dinner – not your typical buffet, but a delicious five-course menu with plenty of variety and exceptional taste every evening. It truly felt like dining at a gourmet restaurant. The location is very convenient – just 10 to 20 minutes by car from some of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Sardinia. The pool is great for relaxing after a day out, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge for the next day.The town itself is small but very pleasant, perfect for a quiet stroll in the evening. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly return!

Nice hotel, situated in a cosy town with lots of restaurants. Room is fully equipped. Staff is friendly.

Old air conditioning system, which does not cool very well. Breakfast options are slightly limited.

Great breakfast! We had a suite off season. Very spacious with a balcony. Also a nice pool, although not open, but that was expected in end of April.

    6FernandaPosted on: 4-21-2025

The staff was very kind, especially Teresa, who gave us great tips on amazing places to visit. The location is good.

However, the breakfast was very poor and repetitive, with no fresh food or natural juices.

The location was excellent. The staff was very kind.

The quality of the bread should be better, just buy the bread that is sold at the bakery in front of the hotel. For me, the quality of the bread is an essential factor.

the women who worked at reception were very helpful. The town itself was great and terrific restaurants were nearby

    (1) the pool was closed. I understand from the man at reception that its the start of the season but that's when I was there! The guests were mainly German (I'm Irish) and for us, 25 Degrees Celcius isn't cold - its roasting. He said the pool would be open the next day but it wasn't. I specifically wanted these 2 days to have access to a pool because those were the 2 days of my holiday when I was planning to relaxing. He seemed to think that the opening of the hotel was a surprise to the management and having the pool open hadn't been planned for this surprise opening. I booked my accommodation months ago (despite a notice AT RECEPTION posting the pool as open until 6pm). Even the large parasole's were not open so that we could sit out in the area but not get burnt. I wanted to enjoy the area but I have to wear Factor 50 sunscreen and even then I'm dodging into and shade every chance I get.(2) My room was in the front of the hotel on the 3rd floor and it was terrific on the Friday night until the night club across the way started. I would have slept 2 hours earlier, except for the noise. I received no warning from staff and it was so loud, I thought it was on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The following night (Saturday) was much quieter but still audible. (3) steps - whoever designed this building LOVED steps - all 3 access point to the hotel involve steps - all suitcases must go up and down steps. There is even a CRAZY step in the lobby, right in the middle in front of reception where nobody expects to see it. My spin is still rattling from that.(4) Recycling - This was by far the largest establishment where I stayed but there were no recycling facilities for guest. Other smaller AgriTourismo accommodations with only 5 rooms allowed me recycle water bottles etc. In the end I asked a lady at reception to take my trash. I had no choice. Given that recycling is legally required

Who’ll not stay at this hote again

The bed mattress are stone hard the room has no sort of decoration not what so ever such as painting. No water bottle accommodation, no iron board, no tissues at the room, and the worst part is that you cant sleep at night due to the the loud music that comes out from the cafe, which is 10m across the street from the hotel in gos till 2am some times till 3 am

Location amazing. Great cafe bar opposite too. Excellent parking. Comfy beds and pillows, Good shower. Lovely helpful staff.

Pool/spa all shut but we did go at the last week of the season but would have been nice to have been told in advance. No coffee machine/kettle in room which would have been nice.

    Disappointed

I specifically booked this accommodation because it had a spa. At the time of the booking there was no indication that the spa was going to be closed for 2 weeks. When I raised this with the receptionist he insisted that it was written, with a dismissive attitude. If there’s a communication discrepancy between Booking.com and the hotel it’s not my problem, I’m the paying customer. There should be a clear and visible indication prior to booking if certain amenities are not available.Without the spa (which comes at an extra cost) this place is not worth the money, even with it it’s debatable. It’s a decent 3* tops

it is a very central hotel with a great pool which has the sun most of the day. It was a pleasant experience for us and our room (207) was very clean. it had a nice balcony with two chairs and a nice view over the pool area and it even had a tiny sea view when the bathroom window was open. The breakfast was good value €10 and it was plentiful. The dinner was a buffet and was good enough and for €30.

There was a faint odour in the receptionist area which I couldn't identifyhowever, it was not in our room or other areas of the hotel that i vold tell. The dinner buffet did not come with water, tea or any drink. I expected a kettle in our room but it doesn't seem to be a thing in any hotel in Sardinia.

The hotel is relatively new with a good location. The room was nice with a view over the sea and with good facilities. Cleaning was meticuluos and the persons who did the cleaning were really nice and thorough.

The number of parking lots was far less than needed. The general information should therefore be changed to ”there are some parking lots at the hotel that can be used at first come first served basis”.The breakfast included both warm and cold dishes one morning while only cold dishes the remaining three mornings. No big deal but a bit odd. The staff did their job although the number of smiles was very limited. Except for the cleaning personal who were delivering both a good job and created a nice positive atmosphere.

I got a very good room rate in October for this hotel. The room was very comfortable, to the side of the hotel and had a sea view from the balcony! The location of the hotel is very good on the main street of Cannigione, near the the marina and the beach. There was a large swimming pool at the back of the hotel and towels were provided free of charge.

The area around the pool has artificial grass which was damp after rain and the drains smelled quite badly. Opposite the hotel is a bar which has very loud entertainment on Friday and Saturday night. Any rooms to the front of the hotel could hear this noise until 2 pm.
