The hotel had great air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was really good too. The location is about 20 mins away from downtown Barcelona. Also although the location is a bit away from downtown, it is however right next to a shopping center.

The shower had amazing water pressure

Room was sparse and plain. Beds were rock hard.

The staff were bilingual

The wifi was unstable making it difficult to work, so much so that I had to go to the nearby McDonalds to work. In order to get to the nearest bus/train one must call a taxi or risk walking along the highway.

Two beds were pushed together to make a king sized bed which was nice since most European beds are small. Air conditioner worked well. Free parking, breakfast (although paid), and mall shopping was just a short walk across the road.

(1) Unfriendly and unaccommodating to our needs evening front desk lady. (2) After checkout we were charged for 2 items in the mini-fridge that we did not use.

Staff was friendly and helped any way they could. Even let us use computer behind the counter when the guest computer wasn't working properly. Excellent price for such a good hotel. I paid less for 2 days at this place than 1 day at Hotel Canada.......

Parking could be hard to get if you get to hotel late and if you miss the turn look out because you could be right back on interstate and 10 min to get back to hotel. With that said parking is challenging anywhere in city so probably have similar problems

The beds were extremely comfortable!

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a gym.

Comfort and Clean, near the shopping malls,

Stay all good nice stuff and clean comfortable but just no sofa at room when I booking that have a sofa on the room.

The value and location staff at reception was very polite and helpful.

Cleanliness at the bathroom was poor and needed maintenance mildew on shower walls it was disgusting.

The rooms were very comfortable. Their breakfast and the breakfast staff were exceptional ?

No microwave, they warm the food for you if need be. No iron in room and only 1 for entire hotel and rooms did not have Kleenex boxes. Also, the staff does not acknowledge their clientele whatsoever. Also, parking not large enough for all the nightly tour busses that arrive. There is no room service for food either.

One night with breakfast. Would have loved more fruit in the morning. Rest was really good.

My check out was very early and had no breakfast. The bed was pretty comfortable. The room was very silent.

Unfortunately there was no plug socket near the bed. The bath room could be more modern.

The Cleaning Service was great.

- Air Conditioner did not work, it was extremely hot in the room.- The Bed Mattress was damaged, it has caused me a back pain.- The Parking Hotel has been used through construction worker and as Bus Parking spot. No Parking space was available for the customer.

Not a thing, its run down n old!

Its dirty n old!!! When we arrived to book a room the LADY at the reception told us they had no rooms but when I checked on booking I was able to book a room, I still till this day do not understand why she did not want to sell us a room!!!! We were desperate due to the fact that we had been driving for hours n it was late at night!

Very close to a shopping center which makes everything easier for dinner and shopping. If you are by car the location is not a problem!!! 20min driving and we were at center of Barcelona

Room, bed and breakfast are all good.

Too far from public transport

We used it as a quick stopover before the airport. Nice big rooms. Near supermarket. Free parking.

the place is good and there is mall nearby! I think it is good enough, especially the breakfast is perfect and I enjoyed a lot.

The only problem is there is no place for jogging!

Good location if you travel further in the direction of France. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

There was weird smell in the room on the 5 floor. I had to sleep with a window open. It was late so I didn’t want to bother staff and change rooms. But I reported the problem the next morning and they told me they’d fix it. Hope they did. The room smelled like cat’s toilet.

It’s not in a busy area which is nice as it wasn’t as loud as the inner city. Right next to a mall which has carrefour and a couple of small places to eat. The beach is a drive and so is the inner city - which isn’t too bad unless you get caught in rush hour!
