    CLEAN, AND GREAT CONDITION

WE DIDNT GET INTO HOTEL FOR 2-3 HOURS LATE. WE GOT IN TO 1 ROOM ON TIME, BUT WAITED FOR THE OTHER 2.

    1JenniferPosted on: 7-14-2024

Staff was rude especially the ones in the cafeteria and the housekeeping

    7Mary A.Posted on: 2-21-2025

Clean room, aircon function well. Food was okay.

Front desk personnel are not that hospitable, they give us wrong information where to take the bus going to the city. They can't give you the exact information. They don't speak Italian. We are couple but there was only 1 glass. No shower cap.

    Cleanliness and space

Any 4 star hotel shoul have a boiler and coffee and tea every day inside the room, this was not there which is very annoying. Also no welcome drinks or fruits at the room or even water bottles .

Location near to the Circuit de Catalunya. Helpful staff on reception. Good sized room with minifridge, hairdryer and toiletries. Spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed. Daily houskeeping.

The only thing that could have made our stay better would be that the restaurant was open in the evening at weekends.

    Quite, clean and comfortable

They set the heating to 28 degrees in the morning so that you’ll leave

    Very good breakfast

Location is in a more or less industrial area, but rooms are very calm, so not a big issue.

    4MorrisPosted on: 9-29-2024

Clean and near to industrial park

The desk is shaking due to thin 4 legs

Gluten free options available in breakfast. Nice décor and good size rooms. The regional food selection is great. Welcome personalised card, is a nice touch. Front desk is friendly and resolves issues as soon as possible. Area is quiet with supermarket next door and food at walking distance. The bus stop is very convenient (goes every 20-30 mins) until late. It is possible to go there in Metro with connecting lines plus bus in the last 20 mins (L9Sud from airport, L1Torrasa + A1/A2 bus). Checkout online and card drop is very convenient. The town itself has shops that close late to buy a USB socket wall charger for 7-8 euro (if you forgot yours like me). Reception can lend you a 3 pin power UK/ROI adapter to two pin Spain

My first room was perfect, except TV remote did not work. At almost midnight after a long day of travel, I asked reception to come and take a look. Instead they said, change from your PJs and come to reception and we will change the batteries. Tired as I was (near retirement age), I complied. Second time they came to the room with a new remote. Not working either. Then they offered me an alternative room, where I had to move everything on my own, since I had unpacked. No help was offered. This was now midnight. I had to move even the welcoming water and bathroom toiletries, as the other room was not ready to welcome me. Two trips. The second room looked a bit older than the first one, which was perfect, except TV. Room had damaged lamp, wallpaper scoffed and with skid marks, water would not flush fast after washing your hands. On the subject of getting there, the Hola Card is not valid on the last bus A1, A2 so have 2.55 euros ready for each trip, or get multiple tickets card that works outside of Barcelona. This is a separate town. First bus in the morning on a Monday was too crowded (after 7:30 am) so plan accordingly to go to the airport.

    Quiet, parking was good.

Out of the way, far from city.

Bedroom and bathroom big spaces and very clean

    Breakfast not very healthy options

    8Danielle O. B.Posted on: 8-1-2024

Price was great, Hotel itself was awesome, lots of in-room treats and the bed was huge and VERY comfortable, it was quiet, and extremely clean.

Transportation is a NIGHTMARE. It's not hard and it's not far BUT to utilize the bus, metro passes do not work and you have to have 2,55 euros in CASH daily per trip. ATMs are all the way in the town square and the fees are ridiculous. And don't pull out too much because then the bus operator can't break it. Bus drivers are also kind of rude. The breakfast isn't worth the 13,00 they are asking. It is a very standard Holiday Inn-ish style continental breakfast most hotels have for free. No choices authentic to the destination. Didn't see a hot tub anywhere (they should really take that out of the description) and the restaurant was closed for dinners. Not many choices of restaurants around or even deliverable except Burger King which is right next door.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Room was spacious and comfortable. About the breakfast were another history. You need to be very careful during the reservation because was noted good breakfast , that doesn't mean that is included . You need to find a small filter for that etc and will cost you 26 euros more. There are free parking outside like on internal court so that was very helpful for us.

We like everything excerpt service. On the beginning we have asked to see rooms. Not possible. Ok their cancelation policy is extremely strict no free cancelation , but to not having a chance to see room was our first time. Surrounding area is in horrible condition, locals surrounding a hotel dirty , dusty, looks like they are still on construction . Big company needs to take care of that. It's hard to find a entrance from the street. Nobody replay to the phone so even if you would like to ask them will be not possible. During the accommodation phone rang twice and … still no answer. Last one was AC , we have rent a tree rooms and there were same problems with air conditioning adjustment. Doesn't matter that you will set temperature on 22 or 30 degrees Celsius system will throw a lots of cold air until you freeze. Thermostats doesn't work 100% and that was uncomfortable .

Great size room and bathroom. Bed was huge, a little hard but still comfortable.

Was a bit hard to get to the city. Metro line doesnt reach the location, had to get a bus which started to add up cost wise
