Even the hotel is a little far from Barcerlona center it was convenient because it has supermarkets, restaurant, theater, and basically anything you need in a short walk. If you are driving much better, it was not my case. I slept really good there!

The staff are friendly and helpful in providing anything that you need.
I didn't like the housekeepers coming into my room while I'm in the room, they have a DO NOT DISTURB sign for a reason at all hotels. If I'm in that room for almost 2 weeks, if my sheets and bedding need to be changed, I'll let the front desk know. They DO NOT HAVE A MINI REFRIGERATOR IN THEIR ROOMS AND IT'S SUCKS IF YOU'RE THERE FOR A LONGER STAY.
The checkin was good. Brilliant staff and very polite. The room was a bit outdated but it was quite comfortable. The bath room was super big.
We had a small problem with the parking. There was not enough parking on the street. So, we pay to the hotel to park underground. However, we realized that you can even go there without paying. There was acutally no gate, no barrier.

Far from city and to go to city shall be by a taxi or uber which i need to expens extra money because expensive compare with a public transportation. To get the food is also not as easy as in town unless order from the hotel.Hotel also not provide any shuttle transportation to the city.If you have your own transport shall be no issue.
Worst hotel experience of my life .
The room was very humid and hot , with an uncomfortable bed woke up with back pain , every time I used the toilet there was a leak . And yes , 10 mins to check in , the receptionist was not friendly and really slow even though I already reserved . Worst experience of my life . Do not recommend. You should avoid, for the price they are asking, it's a rip off.

Great location near shopping centers and food places served till late at night. Near enough to main rail network that brings you to city center in 30 mins. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The entrance of the hotel, I mean the street needed to be taken to arrive at the reception is not evident. Specially when tour buses are parked in the area.
Reception wasn’t bad, parking is good
We reserved 2 rooms (1 single bed and 1 double bed for each room), but we got 3 single beds for each room, which was very very disappointing with two little kids!! On the top of this, it was very disappointing to stay here, was so crowded over night, we couldn’t sleep at all !
Bad location the room wasnt what i asked for and didnt change it
Closeness to the AP7 because we were enroute to France. The food in the restaurant was excellent the 3 course set menu delicious. it was a 9 out of 10 and only because it could have been a bit hotter.
The fact we were on the 4th floor with outside corridors to get to the room. Having a fear of heights was a bit worrying for me. No kettle and mugs in the room.
