Comfortable beds, shower, and property. There were spa facilities that you could book for an hour at a time up to 4 people in your party. There was a roof deck, small pool and chairs. Small with a luxury feel and extremely helpful, friendly managers.

Pool was a bit chilly-maybe no heater.

Lovely period property, good roof terrace and sunbeds next to pool.Spa area nice.

The room was a little noisy, not soundproof. Heard people chatting coming into the hotel.

The staff were very attentive and nice, they always provided us with good tips on places to eat and explore around the island. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Everything was very clean.We tried the massage and breakfast and both were very good. Would highly recommend and come back.

Beautiful property with big, comfortable rooms & one of the nicest, most accommodating staffs I’ve ever experienced.

Maybe the toilet door could be more soundproof for more privacy.

Location in the middle of the old city with free parking at 5 minutes by walk. Spa included. Staff is really helpful and kindly. Special thanks for Diego (who knows the best restaurants around !!!)

Just returned from another amazing stay at Hotel Forum—our third time visiting, and it certainly won’t be our last! Nothing, everything was perfect.

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and were so impressed with the customer service throughout our stay. Reanne, Diego and Damia were so incredibly helpful. We were greeted with a beer and they also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! The breakfast was great every morning, they had a nice relaxing pool area and spa. It is located in the heart of old town Alcudia and it had such an authentic and welcoming feel. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and it was a short drive to the beach as well. We also had no issues finding free parking within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The bathroom in the room was not completely private (the door has openings at the top and bottom) but it seems like this was a common thing with everywhere we stayed in Mallorca so it was not a big deal.

Located in the heart of the old town 20-30min walk to main Alcudia port or in other direction to small local beaches which were beautiful. Hired electric bikes from hotel and easy ride to local winery and Pollença old town. Great to have small pool and spa facilities too

Our room (1) opened onto breakfast dining area so a bit of noise in morning and didn’t really want to open curtains as people could look in but only a minor issue and overall whole hotel is lovely

Beautiful little hotel. Our room with the terrace and hot tub is one of our favourite places to stay. The staff are so friendly and attentive. They are sincere and genuinely want you to have a good holiday.

This hotel is my favourite. The staff is so friendly and nice. The room is cozy and the location is perfect. Staying in this hotel makes my trip to Alcúdia perfect. Definitely will visit again if I get the chance.

Everything is perfect!

An excellent hotel in the heart of Alcudia with a superb spa. The bedroom was clean spacious and the bed was comfortable. What made it special was the friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to make us welcome

Amazing location and service, the receptionists were always friendly and eager to help. The spa was free to use - you just had to let the receptionist know in advance so they could turn it all. They also gave us a free upgrade which was a really pleasant surprise. The pool area was really quiet considering the central location of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff were absolutely amazing, especially Diego! They could not have been more friendly and helpful. :) The hotel had a lovely intimate feel, it was right in the centre of the Old Town, but was still lovely and quiet. Lots of options for dinner and drinks nearby and you can walk to the beach (20ish mins) there is also a lovely breakfast that was included with the stay. I'd definitely book again! x

The location of the hotel was perfect! The hotel itself was very modern and clean and the best of the best was the staff. They’re super welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good too. We recommend this place to others
