Beautiful hotel, very nice looking, the bathroom was great, and the breakfast was simple but really good, they could accommodate a gluten free, which was great!

The only complaint would be to have a comforter in the bed, then the night would have been perfect.

The Continental Breakfast was excellent with a range of meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread, croissants & cake.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The attentive and thoughtful staff, the quality of the bed linen, the breakfast, the location…

Nothing really. Has to be said that some rooms are not that big, but high quality.

Fantastic stay in the old town. Paco was brilliant to suggest day trips and restaurants. Costas next door is a must visit for dinner. We will be back!

Tv Chanel’s in English lacking. If it’s been raining you can’t use the court yard for breakfast which is a shame.

Friendly and caring staff who made lovely suggestions for restaurants and outings, and we flexible about dealing with bicycles. Clients are in good hands. Breakfast was great too!

Parking for car is further away as the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. You can hear everything that’s going on in the other rooms of the hotel through the doors / vents / windows (when open)

A beautiful oasis of calm - from the moment Paco contacted us on social media, to update us about room check-in time to 2 days later, checking out. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a quiet little street but 100m from the main square. Modern and calming. Important when you're staying on a Roman Market day combined with a festival. The town (now a city I believe) was very busy - but in minutes you could be in the quiet sanctuary of the ARA hotel. Being 20m away from the wonderful Sa Potassa restaurant is a bonus! Bed was very comfortable, shower (rain & directional) great - and breakfast lovely, with everything freshly replinished constantly. This is a lovely hotel - doing a lovely job!

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Loved the open courtyards and terraces. Great to stay within the city walls as you can explore the old town in the morning when the streets are quiet. Comfy, clean and well decorated room. Delicious breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful- let me check out late and store my luggage.

Check in finishes quite early, but if you're arriving late they send you a code so you can get in the door and finish check in the next day, which worked well so not a problem overall

Staff goes above and beyond over and over. Their attention to detail and obvious effort to make sure guests are comfortable and valued are second to none. They offer assistance and accommodation before you're able to ask. Breakfast is delicious as well.

Excellent accomodation. By far the best accomodation I stayed while at Mallorca. The accomodation was beautiful and comfort. Staff were so friendly and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here

Booking a smaller hotel is the best decision you can make. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, even though our GPS led us on a longer route to find the exact location of the hotel in the old town of Alcudia, with its charming narrow streets and plenty restaurants and shops. No cars are allowed in the area, but there is plenty of space for motorbikes to park around the town. We explored some of the most beautiful beaches in the nearby vicinity. I would say the north of Majorca is the island’s most precious jewel. On Tuesday mornings, there is a bustling market we could visit—a great bonus.The room was beautiful, with comfortable beds and a good shower. A kettle for coffee and tea was also provided, which was a great bonus. Water was available in the foyer. The breakfast was wonderful, with a lovely spread and tasty cakes as well. Although the reception closes at certain times, we arrived in time to receive a warm welcome and goodbye.
