Good location in the old town.

Ate breakfast out. The toilet was behind a glass screen visible to anybody in the bedroom. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Normally stay in hotels in Alcudia itself. Will do so in future as more amenities to hand and staff easily contacted for assistance if required

Great location nice big rooms

No coffee and tea facilities. We weren’t allowed to use the bath due to water restrictions so plug had been removed. But my brothers room had a bath with a plug and they were allowed to use it ?

The air-conditioning in the room was not sufficient, I could not cool the room anymore than 29 degrees. This made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Nice and clean place, we really enjoyed our stay. Even the beach is not near, we had rented a car so it did not matter. I recommend this beutiful place.

Excellent location in old town Alcúdia. Easy to find, room was nice and clean & as shown in pictures.

When I arrived the door was locked and I had no way to phone reception. Luckily I sent an email and reception came right away to let me in from the sister hotel down the street!

Noisy, small, air conditioning & hairdryer not working, no one available to assist.

Great location. Had some issues with the rooom at checkin but they were rectified reasonably quickly. Really good price for the days we stayed.

There are no facilities at all in this property, everything is in the other hotel. You have to go to a different address to check in, to do anything. We had to go to the restaurant at a third location to get ice. A/C didn't work. The sink faucet (which is in the room not in the bathroom) would dribble on the counter if you didn't turn the water on forcefully, which we didn't notice right away, so everything on the counter was getting wet. Rooms are not cleaned if you don't exit by noon, and are not cleaned at all on Tuesdays. So one day when we slept in because my wife was sick, the staff told us they couldn't clean the room at 12:30 or any time that day becuase they had to go work at another hote. Not ideal. The safe did not work, and even when fixed, does not work according to the instructions in the room. It operates in a completely different manner than the written instrctions. But without someone explaining it to us we never would have been able to use it. The television reception was terrible - all channels pixelated so woudl be better off not even having it there. We didn't bother to ask to get that fixed. The glass door to the bathroom had a broken jagged edge that woudl have sliced our feet open if we hadn't noticed it had it covered up.Having a glass door to a bathroom and toilet looks stylish but offers no privacy.

Location, location, location! The room was clean and bright and had a balcony. Two bottles of water in the fridge!

Not enough space for a longer stay. The bath tub is not separated from the room. Some equipment needs maintenance. Poor sound isolation. No tea/coffee making facilities in the whole building.

No coffee in the room but the cafe is very close. It was a little loud but not too bad.

-room with open bath,also the window of the bathroom, the neighbours ca see you, for the couple ok, but for friends, or couples with children I do not recommend.No privacy when you gonna take a bath. We asked to leave earlier, but the direction and the staff because it was not refundable refuse even to discuss.?

central location

anyone walking up or down the stairs was noisy. glad we had quiet neighbours most nights.

This hotel was in the old historic city, a really charming spot with beautiful streets and a lovely relaxed character. The hotel was very nice. Modern and clean. Breakfast nearby in a lovely courtyard.

It did smell a little of bleach but I couldn’t fault housekeeping. The late check in was easy. The bed was a little hard.
