Everything was perfect. Rafael and Nicole were so kind and helpful. They have offered us umbrella and beach towels which was very helpful. I loved the place and the staff.

Lovely room and very comfortable. Location great as in the middle of the town with plenty restaurants and shops. Daytime access tricky as probably the busiest tourist street but you just take time and enjoy the buzz. I would have liked a kettle as no opportunity to get a hot drink anywhere after 9.30 pm, that may be easier in full season though.

Room 3 with terrace was excellent. Clean, comfortable and location was very central Terrace was particularly well furnished and was used every day.Breakfast was efficient and good choice.

Room 4 was particularly noisy early morning with delivery vehicles banging doors etc. and bars setting up. Much quieter at other times though.Some small extra toiletries e.g shampoo/conditioner would be appreciated.

This was my second visit on cycling holiday - perfect location for a week of cycling in the mountains. The place is charming as is the locality - much better than Port a Polencia.

Maria was amazing! Arranged a massage, helped us with several things. We hugged her and the owner before we left. Btw, the owner, who also makes much of the food for the breakfast buffet, was super sweet, even gave me the opportunity to practice my broken Spanish AND gave me the recipe for her delicious tomato jam. The young man (owner’s son, I think?) was so pleasant and helpful. The buffet was great. Location was excellent, lots of amenities and sights around. very comfy king bed. Great-working Air Conditioning. It was nice to have a fridge in the room, which was laid out very well. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

The staff in the downstairs restaurant weren’t particularly friendly, and service was a bit slow. Nothing awful, but not as great as the rest of the service at the hotel.

Some of the staff in the restaurant/bar were rude (others were very helpful). They didn’t explain drinks cost double if you wanted to take them up to the roof terrace. When we queried the price the response was abrupt and rude which was unnecessary as there were no signs up anywhere to indicate that was the case. The bed was comfortable but as it was two singles with double mattress on top it was very noisy every time either of us moved which meant v little sleep! You need mosquito spray in September.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old town. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the room was bright, comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend taking a drink to the rooftop to watch the sun set!

Great location in the center of Alcudia! The hotel is cozy and the room are comfortable and well designed. Recommended if you have the car and want a base away from the crowds of palma or other touristic places.

Some details could be updated, the reception area and the bar are quite old.

•Location was beautiful, the hotel is in the heart of Alcudias old town. Nearby many restaurants and souvenier shops. •Good breakfast.•Beautiful view at the roof terrace.

•Room was very small, there was barely room to open my suitcase. •Dirty terrace (especially floor and shades).•It was weird that next to bed there was masking tape on the wall, like someone forgot to take it off after renovation. •Very thin walls and our room was near the kitchen, so we were able to sleep only when the kitchen was closed.•Would have been nice to have laundry rack to dry our swimsuits and beach towels.•Shower corner walls and floor were dirty.•Haven’t seen anywhere that you got 5 keys in the hotel to open room door, terrace door, safety box etc, so you have one big bunch of keys when leaving the hotel.•We also visited the restaurant, food was good, but nothing special, very low service.•No parking near the hotel (so dont come with big and heavy suitcases), you have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the hotel. It was bit hard to park your car when you get there in the evening or at the weekends.This place is definitely too pricy for what you get!

Ok, could ve been better.

The fire alarm rang during the night and there was no explanation or compensation for that. Everyone stood on the street for an hour in the middle of the night waiting for it to pass because it was so loud. At least an apology would have been nice.Also, they do not change the bath towels everyday and in one occasion they even forgot to make the bed.

The location is amazing, right on the main restaurant street, however, the noise from outside could not be heard, the room was well sound-proof. We particularly enjoyed that we went down from our appartment and appeared right by all the restaurants for dinner. The room itself was alright, it had everything we needed. The breakfast was also great.

Friendly helpful check in. Local beaches explained, beach umbrella offered (free), cold water provided (hot day), keys explained, ongoing support offered. Room: good size, fridge, free carafe of water every day, aircon efficient, bathroom good (cold shower essential), no street noise even though the location is right in in the centre. Roof top cocktail bar is well worth a visit.

No problems but expect a wait for cocktails (around 15 Euros each)to take up in the lift to the roof-Alcuida is a busy place in August. TV choice limited for non-Spanish speakers but hey who comes to Mallorca to watch TV? We liked the dubbed Dr Who and Bob Esponja.

I did not pay for breakfast but the menu in the restaurant, including cafe/breakfast items was great. The rooms are wonderful and it has very good air conditioning. The roof terrace is wonderful

My only issue was that the hotel is on a busy square and when the waiters finish cleaning the restaurants on the square they can stay chatting/laughing quite loudly until 2/3 am which can disrupt sleep. It is not the hotel's fault though.

Everything was perfect.The location was perfect, the rooms are big enough and very clean with air conditioner which functions perfectly well, the breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning and the whole staff were lovely, friendly and helpful at any time.
