It had AC and a restaurant for breakfast.

The soap dispensers were knocked off the wall, the bathrooms and shower were dirty and disgusting and growing some sort of stuff, smelled like smoke, the bedding was subpar and over bleached. The staff would not switch rooms when requested.

One of the worst hotel, the person at the reception was not happy seeing us, no blankets were provided only bedsheet. The shower was broken and they were not at all welcoming.

Should not book!

location, quiet room the first night

very hot room when arrived i had to open windows to cool it down; wall are thin and you can hear next room activity, second night inhad a very intolerant neighbor banging my wall loudly right after everytime i used my bathroom…

I liked the silence and hospitaluty of the hotel

The elevator is very slow

The decor in the hotel was nice.

The shower gel and shampoo dispensers did not dispense a lot of product . The bottles of water were not topped up daily , breakfast was not hectic . Could do with a wider variety of options . Booking.com website states that the hotel has an airport shuttle facility , however , this is not the case , as they only gave the option to book a taxi at our expense . Even though the outdoor and indoor pool was closed while we stayed there between April 19th and 24th , the hotel charge a cost for using the indoor swimming pool .

Room facilities, sleeper etc not delivered no welcome drinks (water), very bad isolation, only one lift working and too long waiting for going down or up, long check in process at reception

The breakfast was great. The staff was nice and friendly, they let us checkout a bit later

The hotel was very warm (in the spring, heating was on), so needed to open the windows all the time. Bed was hard, but ok

The property was generally clean and the asthetics were amazing

The staff were terrible and rude , the aircon was controlled by an outside company so you could not change the temprature of the room

Great location for where i needed to go, great breakfast options

The spa facilities was only able to use sauna wasn’t no steam room salt room was not in use see to of been out of use for a long time.

Restaurant food horrible, waiters not very friendly.Spa, jacuzzi water to cold.Pool outside very small and ugly, not a pool for swimming.

Room is well appointed and bathroom area is nice with separate shower and bath

Bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the armchairs were hard too

The room was very good and had lots of space, comfy beds, good amenities, clean and modern.

The fridge in the room was warm so the water didn't stay cold. The lady at the restaurant (brown hair with glasses) was very rude and had terrible customer service.

The spa was lovely and the staff in the spa and reception were fabulous Rooms great

The food was vile. Do not eat at the hotel. Breakfast was rotten. The coffee was from a machine and I’ve never tased anything so bad. The waitress was rude. The evening meal was so bad. Two other tables were complaining too. Great hotel apart from food. Avoid eating there.

Very convenient location, only 15min drive from Valencia airport. Lot of parking spaces. Nice lobby and large rooms.

My room was a bit cold. I was trying to use air con but it did not want to kick in.

The rooms were very nice!

Elevators were broken half the time. Buffet was very mediocre.
