    Pros +

    • The room was nice really, bed was comfortable.
    • Everything was great except the noise coming from the street. The metro station is just 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, so if you are looking for something central, choose something else. The breakfast in the bar was lovely and extremely cheap.
    • . the location was very good for the metro into Valencia

    Cons -

    • Very bad sound insulation from the street and neighbours. Also something smelled in the bathroom every day, not sure if it was coming from the street or inside.
    • If you can't stand the noise of the road, don't book here. The bed is 4-5 meters far from the main road.
    • the room was very small. the window overlooked the stairwell and was very noisy when other guests arrived late 12.00 to 14.30pm. the stair lights would go on and was bright in my room. there was nowhere to hang up any clothes. the a/c worked but was very noi.sy in such a small room and somewhere in the building was other a/c units which were v. noisy. both night i had 1 or 2 hrs sleep only.booking.com recommended the hostel as my other hotel cancelled and it took me hrs to book that, so didnt look atphotos etc

Clean, pleasant, spacious accommodation. The kindness of the staff was phenomenal; they met all our requests. Here, we are primarily talking about Valentina. :) Good value for money.

If we had to mention something, it would be the location. Although the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, the accommodation was 450m from the nearest metro station, which wasn't a problem for us. After midnight, we had to call a taxi from the city because public transport doesn't run at that time. In any case, the neighborhood is well connected to all the city's attractions.

Very smart and clean room. Spacious and comfortable. Huge bed. Quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins walk to metro. Friendly staff. Cafeteria on ground floor open for coffee in the mornings.Easy check in. Recomendable for sure.

The shower was cold! Even after waiting and putting on fully, the water never warmed up.Although the neighbourhood is quite and peaceful, its also rather dull with few places to eat and drink so if you want to hang out somewhere interesting you need to go into the center of town.

Location was good, metro a 10 minute walk away. The room was very clean and the shower was great.Staff were kind and helpful.Bed and pillows were comfy. The cafe downstairs was great and the staff there were very friendly.

I was confused about the key pick up - maybe I missed an email with the instructions.Fridge wasn't very cold and maybe the seal wasn't working - I could smell my tortilla even when it was in the fridge!

Nice family owned hostal. Definetly worth to book.

That evening there were bull runs and midnight there were allot of kids in front of the building making noise. Probably just a unique event.

    Wouldn’t stay here ever again

The bathroom was INSIDE the room. I mean, toilet right next to the bed!The room was extremely small without any room for luggage Not AS bad but, also, you could hear all the conversations from anyone on the corridor or stairs

It is worth the money. Staff is very friendly and the room was all new. The king size bed was also a plus. The shower was also really nice.

It is a bit far from the centre though well connected. It is also in front of a busy road so you could be bothered by traffic noise at all times

Very up to date, great mattress, very clean and friendly staff.

No elevator. 3 or 4 floors and I use a cane, so the lift would have been nice.

The kindness of the staff was definitely the best part of it. We had breakfast in the hotel cafe and it was also very good. The rooms are modern and clean.

Since our room was on the street, it was quite loud. Also, we could hear the television from our room neighbors.

Everything! Stayed here for 4 days. At first glance I wasn’t sure if the reviews would match up with the actual place. But I can fully confirm my stay was AMAZING. The staff here was extremely accommodating, all my questions and concerns answered! Receptionist all the way to the restaurant waiters were all super friendly, always smiling. It’s definitely a nice hotel to stay for a few days when checking out Valencia :)Clean, tidy, design was good and their breakfast sandwiches were very filling! Don’t let the appearance fool you because it’s in a quieter neighbourhood and people on here left inaccurate reviews saying it wasn’t safe. It was BEYOND safe and the plus it’s more affordable then hotels in city center. Thanks for the great stay guys!

It’s a bit outside of city center but literally the metro is 5 mins away down the street and it takes only 15 mins to get to city center

Friendly staff, rooms were very spacious, modern and very clean. Hotel smelt welcoming and fresh. Location was perfect, only 5min walk to Metro and then 15min ride into Valencia city. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Would stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

No kettle or tea /coffee making facilities

It was close to the metro and had jacuzzi right next to the bed. There was also an air conditioner which worked very well and quickly lowered the temperature to cool after a hot day. All in all I really enjoyed the stay.

It's not really something I didn't like it's just a little weird couple of things:To get in you have to call the door and wait for the receptionist to open. Reception doesn't really exist, it's more of a pantry room that the receptionist occupied. Receptionist took a good 5 minutes to write down my mobile number, names, etc. before letting us in, which is weird, I would have thought Booking would provide that information easily to the host. Again, these are not serious issues which is why I rated the hotel at 9/10 and overall consider it a good very good stay.

Close to metro station and very quick to get into town via multiple trains, reasonably quiet neighbourhood, spacious room and big bed.

Uncomfortable/firm bed, there was a small fridge but we had to take it out of the wardrobe to plug it in, check in wasn’t super easy/had to ring and call someone down (which was fine in the end). Some marks on pillow and towels.

.+ proximity to metro Paiporta. + free street parking. + upstairs quite clean (except the smell).

.- deodorants used to cover the smell from sewage. - reception behind the doorbell but noone answering, had to message the property, then it took the lady some 5 minutes to come "downstairs" and left us waiting outside for few more minutes while killing cockroaches... what a welcome. - restaurant being under reconstruction, dust, noise, and so on... as if the main street the hostel is situated on wouldn't be enough. - no insect nets. - no shelf or place to put anything in the bathroom. - cold water working everywhere except washbasin (room 101).

No Breakfast or facilities to get any as the bottom of the Hotel was a building site. No Bar, Restaurant or anywhere to get water/snack.

A bar or somewhere to get breakfast. Beds were quite hard and Cold water didnt work in one of the room sinks.
