GF Victoria

I liked the room and the terrace. I had a 4 year old and it was nice to be able to close between the bedroom and living room when she was asleep. We loved the acrobat entertainment and the mini disco. Loved the breakfast.

A big part of why we choose this hotel was the surf. We were there 3 nights and went straight to the surf after check in but it was fully booked on arrival day and the next day. We could only have one slot on day 3 and then when we were there my son was under 10 mintutes surfing. Very dissapointing. Also the quality of the meat in the kitchen could have been better as well as the experience of the person that was cooking the meat was not up to 5star standards, at all.

Very spacious suite and an excellent, adult only breakfast. good car parking.

Won’t rush back and certainly not worth €1500!!!!

Breakfast fabulous. Beautiful clean rooms. Good location . Staff were very helpful and polite .

The facilities for older children weren't as good as expected . The teen room was basic and also in a very inconvenient location at the bottom of the hotel so hard to not stay with them.Parts of the hotel felt more like a conference center than a hotel .There were no comfortable bars with a good atmosphere to sit in the evening , either on the main foyer with very bright lights or in the entertainment room ( and entertainment that we experienced was pretty low standard )Children not allowed Lilo in pool !

We were over the moon with this hotel. Having visited many five star, child friendly hotels, this is the one we know we will go back to. Everything has been thought about and it’s the little touches that make it stand out e.g. the food is always high quality, even the food you would eat round the pool, if the staff can go above and beyond for you, they will, the pools are heated to the perfect temperature, rather than the bare minimum out of season. Nothing worse than freezing pools in March/april! A fantastic hotel! Wish I could have taken their Victoria sponge cake home with me ?

Excellent hotel! Amazing breakfast!

Bed were hard and the bed spread was rough. A light airy bedspread would be better.

Excellent new facilities, location was fantastic, the property was so well maintained and staff were excellent, felt like a 5star

Evening entertainment was on too late for children to enjoy. Entertainment was far too loud within the rooms. The marching band at 9pm was just too much

Although hotel charged full price for the 13Y kid, they didnt offer 3 adults packageMany issues with the cleaning + technical problems. Elevators were regularly out of order and TV was hangin up.Our room wad located against the street with active trafic +other side of the street there were rental villas where loud parties happened every nigjt.For this price you will have better options in Costa Adeje

I liked everything

I have stayed at this hotel twice, first as a solo traveller and second with my partner and small child. Both times my stay has been great. However, GF Victoria really excels as a family destination. The restaurant is fantastic for breakfast and dinner (second trip was half board) with a great selection of food, all of which was well presented and very tasty. The facilities are great for families, with multiple pools, a playroom, and a kids' club. There is also a mega, brand new gym in the basement.

No real complaints, other than our room was a touch noisy in the evenings.

It was nice hotel, great location! We had HB system and were really satisfied with the menu. Also we enjoyed many activities in the hotel . We always can find free sun beds near the pool and enjoy our time.

Food was not good at all . Specially on weekends. So not a good idea to take dinner or lunch in package but breakfast was still better specially the fresh juice counter n live egg preparations .

Having 2 bathrooms and a large balcony was very nice.Breakfast was generally very good but getting honey for toast was laborious and there was no marmalade. It would much better if there were a few jars of quality jams and marmalade and some very small bowls to take what is needed. These would preferably be in the same place as the bread, toasters and butter.

Very good to have a small oven and microwave but no cutlery, except spoons.There was no Do Not Disturb card for door, which led to a couple of embarrassing incidents.TV and remote control did not always function properly and signal was erratic for British stations.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Wonderful breakfast buffet and very helpful staff

The main bar area is very open and clinical with no atmosphere. The adult pool area is lovely but when they start the animation entertainment around the family pool above it was incredibly loud and spoiled our experience of relaxing in the sun. Visitors will also be willing to walk quite a distance to find bars and restaurants as there are none close by

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic—we didn’t want to leave! It’s a perfect place for families, and our child was thrilled with all the activities and amazing animators. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the daily mini disco and entertaining shows. Warm pools, plenty of space, and great sports facilities made our stay even better. The location is excellent, making it easy to go for walks. The water slides and overall setup are super convenient for families with kids of all ages. Highly recommend!

So many little things that make a huge difference. The separate living and sleeping space, valet parking, mini disco, lunch delivered pool side and staff that just can't do enough for you. It's a wonderful hotel.

It's really hard to find faults. Nothing springs to mind.

Everything was perfect. The staff is great, including cleaning crew and waiters at the restaurant. Room was very comfortable, balcony was huge, the breakfast food was great. The area around the hotel is very nice, and it's a very pleasant and short walk to the beach (Playa del Duque). We plan to come back next year.
