Slightly confusing on when the pools were open to enjoy. Restaurants not included in the half-board would open too late to have a meal with a young child and his bed time. Buffet times worked for that though.

This hotel truly made our New Year unforgettable! The room was comfortable and spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the heated pool was a real highlight. The New Year’s gala dinner and fireworks were spectacular – the hotel and its amazing staff turned the night into a real celebration. Breakfast offered a great variety and was the perfect start to each day. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to welcome the New Year and would happily return again!

Good food, great activities for kids. Pools and spa were also nice. Children's staff and waiters very kind and friendly.

Not being able to take food to our rooms especially since we had a baby and wanted to feed her where she felt comfortable. Room service was suggested. Cleaning could have been done more thoroughly especially the bathrooms.

Good location. I enjoyed the food and the views. Onsite parking made a lot of things easy - free for guests.

The staff was very welcoming throughout our stay, they were especially kind to our son and very accomodating. The hotel has everything you need for kids: dedicated pool area, a park for small children and one for older children, play area in the main restaurant, enough high chairs. There was even a toileteries kit for our son waiting in the bathroom.The staff at mini club was great! They also take children under 3 without parental supervision, which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place - and we didn't regret it. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean.Pool towels are available for each guest.Overall great experience. We will definitely be back.

The food could be better. Overall, it is more of a solid 4 star hotel rather than 5 star.

Amazing hotel, beautiful view from the room, beautiful rooftop. The layout and design of this hotel gives romantic feeling, I absolutely like it there. We were also given free 1 hour SPA vouchers, which we didn't expect. The SPA was amazing as well. Gentleman named Casanova was a great character!

There is no beach nearby, only a small rocky one. But other than that everything was superb.

The room and pool are truly amazing! The view is great! The staff was so very nice and helpful, we can see that they are happy there, which tells you a lot.

The meals, for a 5-star hotel, were very disappointing. It was like a good all-you-can-eat restaurant. A lot of mediocre things. It is not mentioned anywhere, but it is a family-only hotel. Forget having a romantic stay. This should be better communicated.

Beautiful views, lots of options between their three pools. The property is well maintained and fosters a very relaxing atmosphere.

Everything about our stay was perfect. our kids loved the activities of the kids club, the pools are very clean.. even the parents enjoyed the afternoon activities.the staff is very nice as well.we will definitely come back!

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. Combined with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room, it was a stay we truly enjoyed.

The staff here are lovely, they are all so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and fresh with lots of variety.The view is stunning, you can see the sea from all areas.The kids really enjoyed the kids pool with the slides.

Incredible Clean and cozy place to spend your holiday! location is amazing and we do like the heated pool and spa area, you can spend the whole day just stay in hotel and never get bored. the breakfast was brilliant as well.

We just loved every minute of our stay at Roca Nivaria! Amazing customer service, variety of pools and activities. I've never seen such a rich buffet selection (including options for vegans). Highly recommended!

Nothing to point out

The food at the buffet was very good.

We didn't like that they open the pools in the mornings at 10 am (quite late if you travel with eager children who want to jump in the pool as soon as possible), also the fact that all the activities for children needed to be book via an app I found it stressful, it would have been easier to deal with it at the front desk or via the phone in the room. The App does not work all the time, and it makes the booking of activities for the children tedious, as you need to spend one hour on your phone trying to book something. They have a jacuzzi right next to the climatized pool, however, kids are not allowed to get in. I asked the reason behind, and no employee knew the reason why. I found this rule ridiculous as I paid around 1,200 euros per 7 days per kid to come to us to this hotel... and we are all swimming together. Obviously, the kids wanted to try the warm water of the jacuzzi as well (they are not small children, 10 and 12 years old) and they were not allowed, not even when I proposed that I would supervise them as I, my husband and their grandmother were inside. I talked to the front desk about it, and they told me the kids could come inside, but then changed their minds. I just find the rule very ridiculous, to be honest. Overall, the food was great, the suite was okay, the pools were nice, but the activities, restaurants (the food was not as good as in the buffet, and the services were also pretty slow, although we were only 4 tables), and rules tainted our experience in this hotel.

Great location, the heated pool is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious. They even surprised me on my birthday!

The hotel is stunning and spacious, but when compared to other five-star establishments, the building could use a few updates. You can see signs of age in some areas of the room (walls, furniture etc.)

Excellent service and the hotel security. The hotel is very clean and stuff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a secure garage where you can park your car for free. Location is great too.
