Modern, beautiful, super clean with a lovely spa. We loved our free perfume making class with Angela.

The staff was a bit too cool. Idk maybe our extensive travels in Asia spoiled us. We got used to warm and friendly reception from everyone.

Terrible experience. Not customer friendly at all!

Booked 4 nights on booking.com. and on arrival at the hotel agreed to an upgrade and an extra night at a special price. They demanded a prepayment, and I obliged. However, having agreed and pre-paid for the upgrade and extra night, the management wanted to charge me a second time for the extra night! The management were not interested in honoring what was agreed. In short, they lied and had no interest in listening to what I had to say even when I told them that what they charged me so far was a lot more than what I would have paid through booking.com! My partner and I ended up having to cut short our trip and incurred additional costs in returning home early. Added to that, during this and my previous stay at this hotel personal items also vanished from the room. Horrible experience. Just about to complain to the hotel owners. Let’s see how they handle my complaint. Ironically, they dropped off a letter in my room during the stay offering me 10% discount on my next visit and this is how they treated me during my stay! Amazing villa style room - with own heated swimming pool. Very well equipped . Short walk to village with restaurants, bars & small supermarket

Smell of drain from 2nd bathroom - which maintenance fixed every day but smell returned few hours later ( we don’t use this bathroom as a result )

Really Excellent breakfast, very Kind and Professional staff, clean, very well-Equiped kitchen in our Suite

Everything was Great accept for the Noise Level on 2 out of 10 nights due to out neighbours Habicht loud discussions on their terrace at night

Location, size of room, facilities in the room, the sea view from room and large balcony were amazing and you could hear the sea at night.

We were put in an interconnecting room, and the door was not locked in-between and I was travelling with my daughter, so this did not feel safe for her, it took 3 visits to the room to lock it, very intrusive. Room service was difficult to order. Cat poo was left on the other side of the glass on our balcony, which should of been removed.

No beach allocated, “beachfront” means walking 8 minutes by crossing a road to reach a public, small, not good quality beach with few sunbeds and shades, with big stones, deep water, not nice and not suitable for children.Pool is open until 18.30 o clock, quite early given that sun is up until 19.40.Considerably premium price of the private pool apartment, with not such pleasant smell of kitchen on the private terasse (due to the restaurant just in front); its “sea view” is more towards restaurant rather than to the ocean, it might not be great if compared with other places in the world.Private pool was probably disinfected with weired system that destroyed two of our bathing suites (turning yellow from white....), the hotel just gave some excuses, no solution and not caring much.Bad smell in armchairs. Superficiality at more levels- reception, house keeping, consumables - not noticing one week the missing products, not refilling (shower gel, vanity kit, coffee sometimes etc…). Charged one amount not belonging to our room.Not really understanding clients needs and not acting like a 5* resort.

Beautiful suite with large terrace and private pool.

Food was diabolical. Cockroach problem in the suite. Could only use one restaurant or buffet as we had 11 year old child. The restaurant we could use was packed with young kids running about and screaming. No nice cocktail bar to use only pool bar as 11 year old not allowed. We were discriminated against because we had a well behaved child with us. Think this hotel is ok for adults or families with kids under 8. Wish we had known would not have stayed App where you had to gather info was complicated. Mainly unhelpful. Getting trips booked impossible. Staff busy. Had to work it out ourselves. Spent nearly 10 k it was not a 10 k experience. Overpriced holiday camp. Never again. Doormen excellent. Very helpful got the car for us etc. friendly and helpful . Housekeeping very good. I think you can get a lot more for your Euro elsewhere. Weather was perfect!

Enrique at reception was amazing. Welcoming, friendly and super personable. With advice about running and how we can make the most of our stay. Breakfast with Justine and her team was extraordinary. The food was simply perfect. So much choice. So fresh and it’s outstanding.

From the moment we arrived it was a lovely experience. The check in reception staff were great and very welcoming (with a glass of cava) The rooms are outstanding. We booked a two bedroom stay for us and our children and it was perfect. Well equipped spacious kitchen and dining area. Large bedrooms and bathroom areas. Balcony was lovely with the sea view! Breakfast was amazing, great choice and lovely staff. The kids club and entertainers were amazing. Our children aren't usually ones for kids clubs but they looked forward to going back We loved our stay and really hoping to return in the near future! Thank you!

Location fantastic, as was everything that we encountered at the hotel during our stay. The staff are amazing, the whole place was very clean and tidy.

We asked if we were able to keep our room for a late checkout but as the hotel needed the room, we were offered a courtesy room for 45 minutes which was great. We were allocated a room from 5.00 to 5.45pm. We arrived at reception at 4.55pm but did not get allocated the room until 5.15 and we had a taxi booked for our airport transfer at 6.00pm, so our last hour at the hotel was very stressful to say the least. I appreciate they are busy but we were allocated the time slot the day before and we checked that all was still okay at midday check out, so as I said, it is a shame that we were very rushed to get showered and dressed for travel in 30 minutes.

The cleaner was lovely and the breakfast was very good.

The towels in the room were old and discoloured. You could only eat sandwiches at the rooftop pool. I went to the ground floor pool to get something to takeaway but was told this was not allowed in case I didn’t eat it straight away. Although I could get room service. Strange rules for a 5 star hotel.

Rooms were nice. However, had spiders in my room.

Food options and times were horrible. There are no options if you want anything to eat between 3:30 and 6:30. This was not a relaxing place to stay since you had to arrange all meals in advance and then no reservations available.

The room with private pool was spectacular, all dining options were very good and also the girls who looked after kids club was amazing with my child.

Cleanliness was exceptional as were all the staff! Khalid round the pool couldn’t do enough to make sure we have everything we needed all day!
